Last night I had a holistic experience at The Hut, Silva Plana, Sankt Moritz. When passing by, my wife and I were attracted by the agreeable blues & country music and the suggestive atmosphere of the place. When inside, we were received by Max (sommelier and manager) and the young smiling staff. We were first seated at the counter, where we tasted a vast array of Italian typical sausages and cheeses, accompanied by a bottle of fizzing Bonomi brut. The harmony of colours, flavours, sounds and friendly serving was confirmed by two main courses, suggested by Andrea, the head waiter: I had gnocchetti, meat sauce and carrots and my wife roasted onions, black bread, egg and Belper knelle. Just delicious. To top it all, we wanted to taste the locally-famous "bitter-caramel nut cake", accompanied by a glass of Pineau des Charents (must enriched with cognac). In a word, every moment of this unforgettable evening was absolutely... MAX!

wow! Absolutely impressed! Hands on, it is the best restaurant in the area! Super friendly owners with a great vibe and so so welcoming to their guests and also to our dogs🤍 The atmosphere, oh, so loving and peaceful, it invites you to relax and enjoy yourself. And to talk about the food now - wow! I have no word to describe the taste - I just closed my eyes and enjoyed every single bite of the food! Please do the same! Forget about your uptight stuck-in-the-past restaurants of St. Moritz. Here you will find an extremly kind atmosphere, nice people and delicious cuisine. The moment you get in front of the place you can feel a certain “cool” air about it. Once you get inside, your feeling is confirmed. So, choose a nice italian wine, enjoy your meal, and don’t forget to give thanks to lovely people that are heart, soul and time behind this lovely place.

One of the best places around if not the one… super friendly service, happy and fun atmosphere. Highly recommended from one that usually doesn’t review unless great !

It's a recent place, hot and cozy—the contemporary food, with particular attention to ingredients and an excellent, fascinating wine list. Hurry up before they get famous, and it will be hard to have a table. Stools are available at the counter.
