An amazing place for adventurers and also Victorinox lovers. The personal are very helpful and kind and they can at least speak in German and English (and maybe more…) The amazing things about this shop are: First, they have like a small museum of Victorinox with some of their multitool knifes explaining about the history of them. second, you can almost customize everything here. the inox watches, multitool knives and a lot more. If you are also a Victorinox-enthusiast, this place is a must-see for you while visiting Lucerne.

This was my Graceland!I went in to get a replacement cover for my multi-tool of 20 years. I also bought my kids their first knives from this store. Everything is so neat and meticulous. The displays allow the shopper to interact with the products before deciding what to buy. The sales staff are attentive and knowledgeable of their products. It's by no means cheap...but you can be assured of quality.

A must go store if you're in Luzern. Check out the selection, have fun picking out the colours, the style, and have a good time!

Great place to get your self a victorinox knife. Friendly staff. Price are the same all over swiss. It is even same if you go to their factory. Spend almost an hour there and bought more than a dozens of knife. Everybody know how good their quality is.

A good store . Good quality stuff. Apparently the brand is pretty famous in Swiz.

Excellent service by their team. My suitcase got damaged by the airport staff and I reached out to ask if they could help me source a missing wheel. I exchanged emails with Xue who kindly order it and also went to the post office to mail it to me. Note that I didn't buy my luggage there, but these guys went the extra mile and helped me out. I'm familiar with the quality of Victorinox products, but I didn't expect the customer service to be that efficient. Really pleased with the overall experience.
