Small, but well-selected menu, extremely friendly staff – and most of all, very good food. From the home-made sourdough bread, to the noix gras (vegan fois gras), the onsen egg, the lamb racks, and the rhubarb dessert, every dish was well-balanced and exquisite. Maybe a bit on the sweeter side, but still so very good.

Happened to stumble in during their soft opening and was greeted by some lovely folks who were excited to talk about their new bar opening up. They specialize in vermouth cocktails, which isn’t something I would normally go out of my way for, but glad I stopped in. They also serve a few bites, including these humongous oysters from the Netherlands that get delivered every day. Good fun spot to grab a drink.

I am not very often giving away 5 stars, but for the dinner served during my visit, it is well deserved. Excellent, inspiring food, great value for money and friendly staff. Only the location is a bit odd, but when they continue as they do, I am sure that we will one day see them in another location. Well done, many thanks!

Excellent high end food. Lovely staff. This is the place to go when you really want to treat yourself to a very amazing culinary experience. And keep in mind: The chef has previously worked at Fäviken. So, prepare your senses for excellence.

In WERMUT you basically dine in the foyer of a cinema, so maybe it has not the greatest "ambiance" - but overall it's a nice setting. Service was attentive, very friendly and efficient. The food was really tasty, was nicely presented and the size of the portions is decent. However, even for Zurich, this place is awkwardly expensive for what you overall get. And on top, even some slices of bread cost extra. So while I would gladly come back for the food, the price tags here somewhat put me off...

cozy bar with delicious home made vermouth. The atmosphere is a little bit too modern for my taste, meaning it is decorated in a super minimal way. staff is friendly and prizes are ok.

Really good food , and the vermouth was excellent. Great music and the neighborhood is also super cool. A place to be back to!!!

Been at Wermut a couple of times and it’s become one of my favorites in Zurich. Very contemporary, seasonal kitchen. Simple yet inventive menu with fair prices for the quality you deliver. Thanks!
