Our meal was consumed before I could snap a photo, which is always a good sign. ;-) The 3 of us had beer, wine, a veggie pizza, a salad and Spaghetti salsa. All were perfect and yummy. Like so many places in Portugual, the staff was friendly and helpful, contributing to our meal enjoyment.

Food Quality: 4* Service Quality: Poor Price: Accessible Pizzas are great but asking 2€ an ingredient removal is unacceptable! Poor service and management.

Great Italian style restaurant and pizzeria. Good, friendly English-speaking waiter. Pizzas are freshly made with good ingredients. The cod pizza was good albeit expensive. The red wine from Douro region was excellent. Very busy so good atmposhere. Free Wi-Fi too.

Had 2 pasta and a salad. The Italian salad was just all kinds of vegetable from canned food, nothing was from freshly cut vegetable. It also has no sauce or seasoning. The Bolognese pasta was reasonable. The carbonara pasta was again tasteless, sauce was not creamy and the ham was soft and tasteless.

We are frequent customers throughout the year, because some of the pizzas are good. But the service is always rude. During our last visit, they had a table of six vacating but refused to give it us, a family of four, to keep it in case a party of 6 would arrive. There was no one else waiting at the time. We were, as always, with two kids and had walked 15 minutes across town believing there wouldn’t be any problem. Terrible service. This restaurant should be managed by people who want to be in business.

The best pizza I’ve ever tried! Definetely worth to try that taste! Before my visit there I heard a lot about this place but I didn’t expect something like that! Try sangria there- AMAZING!!

To the exception of the pizzas which are of normal size, all the plates are enormous! You can easily take one for two. The food is excellent and service, despite being a bit slow when we were there (but it was full), was very friendly. Pizzas are very good. Prices are super decent compared with many other restaurants in town.

Requested to eat a pizza and was informed it would take more than 40 minutes and was suggested to order a lasagna, the three of us ordered lasagnas which took more than 40 minutes to come, one came take 10 earlier than the other two and it wasn't even made on the restaurant, the look of the inside of the lasagna was really bad, they just added some meat and cheese to the top to make it look good

Good pizza with high quality ingredients. Tasty but a bit too salty lasagna. Spaghetti bolognese and carbonara with crazy amount of pasta! Too much for one person. We were waiting long time for pizza, when the rest of the dishes was almost eaten.

Food was good with nice ingredients. They don't allow any changes of ingredients though, which is a pity. The service was the reason for my low rating the worst I've experienced in years - inexperienced staff, very slow, forgetting things ordered, super disorganized, even to get an extra water mid meal or the bill at the end it's a nightmare. I will not repeat.

A classic, it’s the same place as 30 years ago and it’s always worth a visit👌 Love the pizzas and pastas. Also the tarte de maçã, best ever!

We’ve been in Northern Portugal for a week and this is the worst restaurant we’ve been to. Suitable for kids under 10 and cheap. If value for money is more important than quality of the food then this is the place for you!

This is a popular place, so go early to get a table. The pizza oven and surrounding balcony full of fresh ingredients takes up a whole corner of the dinning room. A double entry guards the cozy atmosphere, tables and chairs are jammed together but somehow it's impossible to overhear adjacent conversations. Although I didn't ask, It seems to be a family owned business, the waiters faces are familiar from 20 years ago: service is kind and efficient. Its on a little plaza off the main street, one of the most pleasant dinning places in town.

Pizza is great, but they asked us to pay 2€ per ingredients we wanted to remove from the pizza. First time ever I had to pay for something removed. Nice place but poorly managed.
