Stayed for 11 days, rooms are fairly large especially for Portugal standards. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great place to stay in the heart of historic Viana.

Nice three star hotel, business type, rooms are ample and well kept, with parking in front and well located, walking distance to the train station and downtown as well as the comunity center and restaurants. Do not miss the breakfasts, ample to choose from to eat (self service)

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht! Zimmer direkt an der Hauptstraße und der Bahnlinie, es ist sehr laut! Um in das Schwimmbad zukommen, muss man am Empfang und am Restaurant vorbei... Whirlpool?! Es gibt im Schwimmbecken Düsen, jedoch nur 2 waren funktionsfähig! Frühstück war gut!

Sehr schön, ich hatte erst Bedenken bzgl. der Lage an einer Hauptstraße und einer Eisenbahnlinie aber selten habe ich so ruhig geschlafen, das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant hervorragend, das Ambiente ist sehr gut. Meine Frau hatte an dem Tag der Anreise Geburtstag, was dazu führte das sie neben Glückwünschen auch ein Geschenk und Vino blanco für uns beide aufs Haus bekommen hat. Wir haben schon wieder neu gebucht so gut wie in diesem hotel haben wir uns noch nie gefühlt.

Als Pilger kehrten wir in dem Hotel ein und der Empfang war grandios! Eine Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft, die kaum zu überbieten waren. Uns wurde umgehend ein Saft vom Haus angeboten, was uns sehr gut tat. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, wenngleich sehr einfach, aber das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen ließ keine Wünsche offen. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Very nice hotel. Quiet and comfortable. restaurant was amazing, make reservations for a quality meal. Excellent service.

Hotel is very close to the center, the city can be explored by foot. Rooms are good, service very friendly, the breakfast not 100% tasteful, thus minus a star. (scrambled eggs tasted bad)

Everything was great - good location, cozy and clean room, polite and welcoming staff. Only thing I noticed (not a problem for me but I assume will be for some) is that the noise from the corridor and other rooms may be heard easily, or at least in our room. Was definitely not bad and I will be glad to use the service of this lovely hotel again. 4,5 stars from 5, enjoy :)

Better on the inside than the outside. Nice staff, pool, jacuzzi, breakfast. Rooms are nice, bathrooms are futuristic. Cleaning always perfect.

Hotel Rali is situated near by the funicular and walking distance to many other Viana attractions.This hotel has been revamped and met up to a three star standard rated hotel.Rooms and bathrooms are revamped but smaller than normal hotel rooms.The breakfast is served at the Ralenti restaurant which has a nice decoration and friendly staff.The rooms are very clean.Pool spa area is differently decorated than most spa area I know but kind of interesting.The pool is a nice size but the area is to small to accommodate all the guest.We have to leave our towels anyplace because there is no space for all the guest(Overcrowded).The reception staff are friendly and helpful.

Great staff and we were treated very well. We even got a room upgrade for free. Amazing experience great prices and the restaurant has good food.
