Not usually a fast food eater, but had just driven from Santander in Spain to Viana and was seriously hungry and nothing else was open that time of night. Staff spoke good English and were polite and patient with my poor Portuguese. Food was quick, hot and plenty of it.

I only come here once every 3 months or so, but it has happened the last 2 times I came here and made a big order, that both times they forgot to pack the desserts and extras we ordered. Besides that, the staff and the food prepared was ok.

It's your standard McDonald's, nothing relevant to point out. It has a playground for kids and that's about it. I did like the customer service.

Very clean and well arranged place. Friendly staff. But unfortunately poor wifi signal.

Very unprofessional staff, they keep messing up things by adding products that were not ordered instead of those ordered. I tried several times but every time there was a mistake with my order - won't go there ever again.

The food was ‘fast’ as advertised but the chips (fries) portion size was embarrassingly small. The self service kiosks were fine but sad to see more jobs disappearing... on the positive side the al fresco canteen dining option allows a good view of Viano

Mc Donalds setzt weltweit auf Wiedererkennung und wirbt damit, alle Restaurants seien gleich. Kleine Unterschiede gibt es dennoch. Möchte man hier einen Mc Rib bestellen, sucht man diesen auf der Karte vergebens. Die Brötchen unterscheiden sicht optisch von denen in Deutschland aber sind im Grunde die selben pappigen Dinger. Auch das Mobiliar, welches bei uns meist fest mit dem Boden verschraubt ist, kann man hier frei bewegen, also Vorsicht beim Hinsetzen und Aufstehen 🫡 Der Rest ist McDonalds-Geschichte, Bestellen am Activboard, volle Tablettwagen / Müllbehälter, ein paar abzuwischende Tische und Pommesfeeling. Mahlzeit 😃
