Nail tech was rude and disregarded the way I wanted my nails done. After constantly trying to tell her how the design should be, she became agitated as she stated she knew exactly how to do the design the correct way and proceeded to do my nails her way while placing nails that were obviously too big for my actual nails. No discounts were given for the incompetence nor were apologies said. I will NEVER return to this establishment. This place doesn’t even deserve the 1 star it was given.

I had a man-pedi and a he man with the short hair did a good job on my dead skin and the women with the glasses did good on my nails and definitely coming back

This is the only salon I will go to. I've loved every single experience there and my nails are always better than I imagined.

Me and my two daughters went for mani/pedis. I spoke for us and told them we all wanted the basic pedis. The workers asked and changed the order to a more expensive pedi. And I kept clarifying no, we all want basic pedis. We all three sat together and enjoyed our time together. But as it was nearing time to move to the mani- tables, they took my daughters to one side and me to the other side of the store. My daughters had never been so they didn't really know that they had to keep correcting any sell-ups and be clear and insistant with their instructions. The workers conveniently 'didn't speak very good English' (or so they want you to believe) so they very quickly had my daughters confused. The workers ended up doing tips when my daughters did not order them. Their totals were right at $100/each while mine was $67. I knew what I wanted and refused when they kept trying to stear me to a different (more expensive) manicure. Looking back it was pretty obvious this was done intentionally. These stores are a dime a dozen, but this one may be worth a nickle with their dirty tactics.

They did my nails all wrong . I showed him a picture of what i wanted & he refused to do it. He did them how he wanted to. I asked him to go shorter and he acted like he didn’t want to . The man rushed my nails. Every nail on my finger is crooked and they are all didn’t lengths & no where near the color i asked for. I left & went to work and called back to let them know i needed a refund or at least half of my money back and they refused they wanted someone to fix it but why would i let you fix something you already messed up and the man pulled on my arm and finger the whole service with an attitude. My nails are completely ruined for my birthday. I need that funky 50 back. DO NOT GO HERE ‼️

Always a very nice atmosphere and they do wonderful pedicures and manicures. Nina is my favorite 😊

Nail polish kept coming off nails broke all the next day and guess who didn’t fix them for free ? Them had to pay for no good nails want be hair. Glad perfect nails are back open they the goat!!!!! They would never charge for thier poor service but service is always great here

Went in for polish change and was told $20 for nails and toes but after one hand polish was removed I was then told it would be $40. I politely let them take polish off nails, paid $10, and decided to spend MY money elsewhere.

The only reason I’m leaving a single star is due to the level of attention the young man gave to my pedi. He was outstanding. The lady that serviced my nails, however, was remarkably rude and outlandish. After showing her a photo on my phone of the nails that I wanted, she said she could do them. I kept clarifying the color scheme to her although she said she was sure of what I wanted. After having my nails done the INCORRECT shape and putting on nails larger than the nail bed, she then proceeded to put on the WRONG COLOR and got upset and kept going back and forth with me with the color although SHE CLARIFIED she understood the color scheme. Afterwards, she kept being rude towards me and asking if I was sure she was doing what I wanted before they were cured. At that point, I was over and beyond the experience. She provided no discount nor apologies for her ineptitude. I will not be frequenting this business again.

The service was prefect ! When I arrive 6 people was being serviced ! I didn’t have to wait , I walked in and got service immediately.

Very rude and my dip manicure turned out horribly. Will not be returning.
