Location perfect. Super view of the Mississippi River and bridges. The sheets smelled clean as well as the bedding cover. The gentleman staff person was awesome, welcoming and seemingly a very nice guy. Keep him...you def do not want to lose him as an employee. Disliked · Room 112. The door on the room was busted, apparently trying to repaired it many times. Only way to engage lock was to lift door about an inch hello gap in door. No electrical outlets working, so could not charge phones. The bathroom wall had mold. Walking on the floor barefoot, the bottoms of my feet were black and dirty. Looks like no one has ever cleaned behind nightstands, chairs...full of dead bugs! Ice machine..broken. Dr. Pepper soda machine...broken. The sofa arms were greasy dirty. The chair in the corner arm was broken. All for a mere $150/night. If there had been open rooms at other hotel definitely would have left this place in the rear view mirror! I honestly do not understand why your company would allow such things. Bad for your reputation. This questions if I would ever use Wyndham again. Enough?

Mom always said, "You get what you pay for." Seeing the Waffle House right beside the hotel was great. But, there was a smell in the lobby. Was told that if I smoked in the room, I would be charged $150, no problem cause we don't smoke. The smell in the room was like a stale, smoky smell. Was supposed to be bringing my wife and children back later, but I couldn't allow my family to stay there. Looked like the door had been forced open. The pillow cases were dingy, the rest is history. I just asked for a refund. Honestly, I don't really see how they're even still in business. Just see the pics for yourself.

This hotel is the worst I ever stayed in. Should have read the reviews before we ever paid. It's 104 outside, the air wouldn't take cool the room. So we went and told them. They didn't have any more rooms available. But she would call maintenance man. So he shows up, no tools on the phone with a blunt in his mouth. Just took the top off the air conditioner. Said oh, it will work now. Needless to say not a fix. Roaches, beds did not have bed bugs so that was the only plus. Just saying someone needs to take over this hotel or something because it's horrible.

Not a good stay. The main light around the mirror was half broken, the toilet paper holder was ripped out of the wall, the sheets and pillow cases were stained with various things, and the AC was very loud. The price was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for, but I would pay more for a better hotel next time.

Wish I could give less stars. Made a reservation online 6 hours before arriving. When we went to check in, they had canceled our reservation and gave it to a walk-in. They said walk-ins have priority! The woman was very unprofessional and outright rude. The family and I didn't get into another hotel till midnight. When the website we booked through tried to contact the hotel to verify, the phone would ring and ring and then disconnect. I'm still trying to get a refund.

Absolutely horrible! I will be calling the health inspector. Roaches are everywhere. On the walls, floor, bed, under the bed, etc. The door barely works with the key. There is huge gap where curtain will not close all the way exposing the room. Absolutely disgusting! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Water is not very hot. No back to remote. Just horrible.

I don't even know where to begin. I normally do car camping on my trips, so I'm used to rough overnights, but I was looking forward to staying in a room with a bed. It was not an enjoyable experience. Online, the website touts free Wi-Fi. When I got to the room, there wasn't a single Wi-Fi router to even connect to. When I tried to call the front desk about it, they didn't answer. As for the room itself, the desk had broken legs, the sheets had stains, the toilet had an actual clump of hair in it, and the bathroom mirror light was lighting up with an unflattering green hue. The small TV only had 3 channels. THREE. Lastly, the shower ran out of hot water. As for the staff, they seemed to hate working there as well the couple times I did speak with them. In fact, they even had the front lobby door locked when I went to checkout in the morning. After checking out, they locked it right back up, which says something about the area. The only redeemable part of staying here is the view you get of the Vicksburg Bridge that crosses the Mississippi River. I would not recommend this place. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

One of the few times that I didn’t check the reviews. I will sleep in my truck before I’ll ever spend another night in this roach infested motel. They were everywhere. The door looked as if it had been opened by force before. Even the lobby smelled as if someone had dropped a deuce behind the counter.

Room looked nice in the beginning but it was horrible. Cockroaches and bugs everywhere in the room, dirty bedsheets and pillows. Also found a long black hair on one of the towels.

Absolutely awful. Hair everywhere, cigarette burns in the sheets, i plugged my charger in and the outlet FELL out of the wall and started sparking, brown stains on the walls, holes in the walls, couldn't open the door without turning the handle up but there was no indication of that, lights flickered the entire time, no trim in the bathroom, cockroaches (one crawled out of the toilet paper roll that was already mostly used), dirty towels covered in makeup and another one covered in what looked like blood), sheets were sticky, water was cold in the shower, shower didn't drain, no rod or hangers in the closet, everything just overall looked dirty and gross. what's the point of having white towels and sheets if you don't BLEACH THEM. 0/10

I can’t say if the rooms are bad but after driving 4 hours I was told because I didn’t pay in advance my room was given to someone else. It’s first come first serve. The girl at the front desk said she called me at 8 pm. I was traveling and my phone never rang. Made a reservation at the red roof inn, as I pulled in the parking lot she called and said my room was no longer available. Go to the red roof, the rooms are clean, never had and issue with roaches or burnt sheets.

Cheap hotel so I had relatively low expectations. It was the worst Days Inn I've ever stayed at. Staff didn't really know how to check me in and room was dirty. I should have spent the extra money to stay at the hotel across the street.

Worst place ever. Sticky floors. Cracked bathroom floor about to cave in. Roaches every where. Waffle house cook doesn't have a clue how to make biscuits and gravy. Filthy restaurant. Never again!

Our room was in very poor condition. Broken locks, the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way. We didn't feel safe and left very early in the morning.

Amazing location looking over the Mississippi River. Plus there's a Waffle House right in the same parking lot. However, the room was almost completely without basic supplies. No towels, no soap. When we asked for towels, we were only given one and told that's all we could have. Plus, no WiFi even though that was advertised. Otherwise, a decent motel at a convenient and beautiful location.

Not very picky with hotels BUT… This hotel crossed the line. When we arrived to check in they gave us the key to our room, I tried opening the door and to my surprise there was a naked man in my room. After going to the front desk to complain, they were generous and agreed to switch us a room. The sheets in this room were completely dirty, no electricity, and no internet. Honestly the worst hotel I have stayed in. Did not feel safe at all after my experience. Save your money!!!!!

HORRIBLE!!!! My elder mom and her 2 elder friends stayed here while on the way to TN. When they got to the room, the toilet was not working. They called front desk. Was told maintenance would be right up. They waited an hour and called again. The front desk clerk came up. Was yelling at them and told them to pack their things and get out before she called the cops on them. And this was AFTER the room had been paid for! Flipping ridiculous to throw 3 elderly women out for complaining about the toilet not working after patiently waiting an hour!!! I would NOT advise my worst enemy to stay here!!!! This woman has NO business working there!!!

Internet said check in was at 1. We arrived at 1:10. The lady that check us in said "do you ha ve a reservation". I said yes. She said well we can't check in until 2. I said the internet said the check in time was 1. She said no it's 2. We left and came back at 1:50. And had to stand in front of the doors until she decided to tell us we can come in and sit in one of these chairs until its time. She was rude to us. Pool was close on June 11 2022. 90 degrees outside and pool closed. The door did not have a latch on it. It had been pried in once. We felt very unsafe. No internet like they said. This is a poor hotel.

This place is God awful!!! Our bedding was stained, room stunk, water pressure was terrible, I traveled with 3 of my sister's & felt very unsafe. Couldn't get out fast enough! Don't stay here!!!! Breakfast consisted of cold coffee, 1 apple, 4 slices of bread, & 4 pkts of oatmeal...for the whole hotel!! Would not recommend even to my enemies!!!

Upon entry was a foul smell husband vented it out while I cleaned up what I could with disinfectant. >Dirty pillow case looked like a greased handprint. >No working telephone.> Dirty Dirty floor the feel is real.> No hangers. >Toilet lid keeps crashing down loudly.> Couch was stained. >No WiFi. >Door you could see out underneath it.> Loud Hwy noise all night. 😬we only spent the night because we had no choice. >Blood or something red on side of the shower and on cabinet top 🤢shower extremely slippery.Basically you had to clean the room yourself. Rm #116. Got a refund of $20. Should’ve read reviews before booking 😑😱. People were loud yelling running back and forth on walk..man was hammering on the staircase...JUST DON’t BOOK.

Walked into the room, then promptly walked back out,got our money back and left. Room was dreadful. I know it's cheap,but... Furniture looked like it had been bought from a thrift store, the door had signs it had been kicked in,in the past. The security lock was broken. And a foisty smell. Oh, and no WiFi at all.

Took an hour to check in and the room was wrong and cards wouldn’t work. Lots of confusion for the workers. But thought maybe they were new so was being patient with them. What made the experience bad was the water pressure. It was just a trickle and no hot water! So only cold showers and it’s winter time…made it worse! Won’t be going back! Also for 4 people we had two towels, no rags and very little toilet paper left on the roll and no extra in the room!

If you can stay somewhere else, do it and save yourself the hassle. Room was dirty, towels were dirty, shower/bath barely worked, there were holes all over our room plus their stairs were literally falling apart which is a huge safety issue. No WiFi like advertised. Soda machine outside does not work. Only good thing I can say is we woke up to an incredible view of the river and the bridge.
