Place is big, clean, workers are friendly and helpful and the important thing is they make your sandwich great/well made with a lot of what you ask for! Awesome!. Bathrooms are clean which is a big plus

Let me start by saying that they are advertised to be open until 11pm on weekends, so I ordered my food online at 9:50. I get to the store at 10:10 and was rudely given my food and told that I can’t order anything after 10pm and that I wouldn’t be given my order or even a refund if I did in the future. Really puts a damper on a place I tend to enjoy ordering from for a quick and decent meal. The man in question was an older man that seems to give multiple people issues when he is working. I probably won’t be ordering from there for a while due to the bad taste this experience left me with.

I ordered a Philly cheese steak wrap! Food was pretty good, just wasn't happy that the prices were not displayed. So I spent much more than intended for a 6in wrap.

I used to love this subway ! Today however the man making my subs was to busy talking to his co worker to bother paying attention I had to repeat the subs order several times as I was ordering 5 subs and he still got 2 wrong I asked for sides of pickles and pepper to which he gave 1 small side cup of each ,the pickle cup was half full, (I even had offered to pay for the side cups) for 5 subs And unless Subway changed standards it was like half the meat. Quality and customer service has nosedived at this establishment.

The guy that drives the gold car is very rude and disrespectful he sneezed near my sandwich and snot came out his nose I ask please don’t touch my sandwich let the lady finish making it. He did not like that and told me he’s sneezing from smoking cigarettes I do not care he had snot running down his mouth it was disgusting to see. He then threw my sandwich in the trash and told me to get the hell out! I was shocked he’s so disrespectful after being disgusting I will never eat there again. I really had a eye opener today if I would not had been there he would had continue to make my sandwich with snot running down his nose and chin. It was just a awful experience today.

The best subway I've been to in the area. The one in south hill is pretty good too, never tried blackstone, farmville was awful. Prices are standard for subway. Nothing surprising. Food is good though and the owner is really laid back and cool.

It just amazes me over 13 dollars for this pathetic sandwich. I remember when the the price was half that and the meat on the sandwich was double. Truely pathetic probably wont visit another subway.

I over heard the employee telling the customer in front of me that his work called and said he was going a few minutes late then called back ten minutes later and said he was not coming to work today. This guy was showing was how backed up he was with his online orders.

Ordered online and it said it would be ready on 15 minutes. I arrived in 10 minutes, it's a good thing I did, they hadn't even started the order. There wasnt any customers in the store. One person was on his phone and the other worker was getting him some drink.

Person who appears to be owner was very unapproachable and non-interactive with customers and staff. Does not contribute to community causes.

I ordered a Rossiter chicken wrap I had to repeat it 3 times then he gives me flat bread I said I wanted a wrap he said that is a wrap that don't look like a wrap to me he would not change it I won't go back if he is working I never had any problem there until today
