This hotel has rude staff. It was a disgrace to be treated so belittling by the women staff here. Upon arriving to this hotel my husband was greeted very warmly and excitably by the woman staff member. After several minutes she realized he was not alone and her whole affect changed. We we given a very brief overview of the hotel and left to wait 5 hours for our room to be ready. Many of their guest are falling asleep in the welcoming area either waiting for departure transportation or arrival check-in. You're not considered a guest until the actual "check-in time", but it is okay to enjoy the facilities. I paid for a meal plan and arrived at breakfast, which was in my meal plan but could enjoy because I was technically a guest yet. Staff when acknowledged by a simple "Good Morning" or "Friendly Hello", scowled and below hearing level said something back. Upon 3 different occasions staff attempted to enter our room with authorization. After 3 knocks, that is what gives access I guess. Lastly, 2 meals ordered by myself and spouse and only 1 guest fed. This is a quick overview as to what I experienced.

We had the opportunity to enjoy 7 days in a little corner of paradise. Kempiski provides everything you need during your stay. Seychelles has a lot to offer (also can be booked with Kempiski) but if you plan just to stay in the resort there are daily activities for you to do or just kick back and relax in the beach. The staff is always there to help you with a smile and their variety of spoken languages will help if you find hard to speak/understand English. We had breakfast and dinner included and everyday the meals were different (the quality is great and I’m sure any food restrictions won’t be a problem). We really enjoyed the beach since even though is not private (there are no private beaches in Seychelles) it was never crowded and the barrier reef makes a natural frontier for boats and also offers snorkeling for those who may enjoy it. The rooms are very comfortable and if you have mobility problems the golf cars will take you anywhere. Gym is very well equipped. In sum, we had a great time and Kempiski (staff in big part) was key for one good holiday. Thank you and we hope to return! ❤️

Exclusive and very luxurious Kempinski hotel. the rooms are luxuriously equipped and quite large. Beautiful hotel environment. wellness center, massages and all hotel services at a very high level. the diet was excellent. we also used helicopter transports and helicopter flights over the Seychelles, which was exceptional.

The most valuable asset they have at the hotel is very polite and responsive staff! Hotel has a great location, not fat from the airport, the meeting and accommodation went great, very warm welcome. They upgraded our room, but most of the rooms need to be refreshed, look too old and worn out. As my wife and me was with our 3 year son we had breakfast and diner in the main buffet restaurant. The food there must be more diverse and it was always very spicy for our taste. Beach very nice, but when there is a tide the sea is not good and there is a smell. A suppose they can do nothing about it. Staff very polite and responsive!!! Place is very green and beautiful for walk. Overall we think that the issue they have is to make a renovation of the hotel.

A surprise visit organized by my husband 4 the 2 of us with our 14 year old son and 9 year old twin daughters could not have been more perfect.The resort was a dream.All the staff,from the 1’s that welcomed us on our arrival 2 the staff that greeted us at every meal were so pleasant, cheerful and happy 2 c us. Fred, Barbara and Yvonne, u 3 stood out. We won’t forget u 3. Everyone we met were great. We definitely felt so spoil. Our room was always immaculate. Our view was stunning. The food was divine. Shew! So much 2 say. An unforgettable trip!

We had a nice stay at the place. Rooms are satisfactory, not big nor small. The best part was the friendly staff. The only problem was that there were not many vegetarian options, but they still made some dishes for us. The sand in the beach is a bit rocky in most areas. But overall we had a nice stay

Our stay was amazing. We had a perfect place to relax and join special moments. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast and the dinner are very delicious. Also the hotel crew are very lovely to everyone.

We stayed at this resort and the service was impeccable. Barbrah was especially lovely and kind and went of her way to make sure all our needs were met. Audrey was also superb during our stay. It was a real pleasure seeing Christopher on the beach every day. He was also so friendly and upbeat.

The Fish soup was the best ever! Ivonne our server took really good care if us! We'll to this restaurant every year! It's fantastic!

The Hotel has an amazing location, we were here for a week and I already miss the place. Our room had the ocean view and surrounded by nature, just what I was looking for in a relaxing vacation. The staff at the hotel were hospitable and made our stay even more memorable, special mention to Fred at the restaurant, he always made sure we enjoyed our dinners. Lovely Place, very friendly and helping stuff. Rooms always clean, very long and nice beach. Barbara and Randy from Windsor did always a very good job, also the rest of the stuff. Christopher from the beach always organized fresh water and cared about all our needs. There is just one restaurant now and one buffet, but a second one will be opened in a view days.

Love this place. The hotel is so beautiful, rooms are great, very nice amenities. Swimming pool was great. The staff there are so very friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts and dinners are great. We had an issue with the AC, but still was worth it. The have 3 giant tortoises 🐢

We very much enjoyed our 20th anniversary stay at the Kempinski Seychelles resort. The young lady who welcomed us (Kirsten?) spent an hour with us to visit a few room options we could upgrade to, and then got us settled in quickly. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. The resort itself is luxurious and exquisite. The view and beach are gorgeous--its a memory we will treasure for years!

Pros: The stuff is very friendly and polite, They were trying to accommodate all of our needs and preemptively were asking if we need room cleaning, additional towels etc etc. The room was clean when we arrived, and looked renovated which was also big plus. The place was very quiet plus we had beach view room which is few meters away from the beach which made our stay very comfortable. The food was good, now WOW but good, we've had half board and for few days laying on the beach this was enough to satisfy our needs. Be aware that there is complimentary taxi car to the gates of the property so you can go out and find restaurants and stores in the proximity. No need to walk to the gate. Cons: There were small nuisances with our stay which are worth mentioning: - For some reason they have policy the cleaners to come and knock on your door around 2000h and ask you to refresh your room. If you don't need this you have to press the "do-not-disturb" button but we forgot couple of times and the cleaners showed up. Its a little bit annoying. - The cleaners did great job in our room, but there is an dehumidifier which they forgot to empty every time and I had to do this. Not a big deal but if you need to keep the humidity down in the room you need this device and when its tank is full it just stops working. - When you plan your stay with Kempinski be aware that they can check you in after 1500h, and most of the flights arrive early morning, so be aware of that. We stayed at the lobby around two hours before accommodated.

The place is awesome for great holiday time. I had faced little difficulty in food as well I am vegetarian. but their staff is so good. Chef Ayman made curated vegetable dishes for me when needed. Overall, It was an awesome experience for me and my family.

Best place ever, what a service, place, beach, people. I have no words just perfectly. Very comfortable resort. Food is good so far but not exceptional.The beach is awesome and you get free water and fruit snacks during the day.

We had such a wonderful time in this fantastic hotel. The service was impeccable, and we simply did not want to leave the hotel resort. The breakfast was terrific. The service was excellent, and we happened to get married during this trip, and they took care of us in every way. I highly recommend it!

The service is splendid and the staff give with all their heart likes of Angela, Angelique and Norita (the cake lady) and many others. From front desk to restaurants, to room service to the bar etc. The rooms are clean and spacious. Water is provided in quantities in the rooms and on the beach which is something I loved. The variety of food is good and the food is always fresh. Dinner also has a great variety and they have different themed nights and the best part is that they can prepare something for you outside of the buffet if there is nothing to your liking. Highly recommended!

An absolutely incredible stay at the kempinski seychelles resort. The hotel and facilities are amazing, but the staff are what make the stay extra special. All the staff are so friendly and make you feel genuinely welcome. I would like to say though that the staff at breakfast stood out. We actually looked forward to seeing them each morning. The manager Annoutta came to speak to us every morning and gave us great tips on places to go. Jeanta who served us was great at checking our needs and attentive to the details and Nonita brighten our mornings when she came round with the cakes and bread she had baked fresh each morning.

Hotel staff have been extremely helpful and welcoming. Alexandria brought us cold drinks and since we arrived between the restaurants being open a light snack. Everyone was quick to show us around and offer assistance. It has a beautiful view of the ocean, lovely rooms and very comfortable pillow and beds. We ate dinner at Cafe Lazare and Angelique was the sweetest. I have some dietary restrictions and she went above and beyond to help. She gave great suggestions. She and Jeannette were so nice and genuine. I highly recommend this hotel and especially all of their staff. I set my phone down somewhere and everyone is on the lookout. We remain hopeful that it will be found and returned.

My wife and I were trying to find the best place to spend our honeymoon. We couldn’t find anywhere better than Kempinski Seychelles. What an amazing exeprience, with such a great and humble team across the resort that are there for you every step of your stay. We were lucky the weather was good. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The tours on the island itself were outstanding. Thank you for making this a once in a lifetime experience.

Amazing experience for our honeymoon ❤ The luxurious hotel, the delicious buffet, the warm people, made our holidays great! Barbha at the Cafe Lazare restaurant was very kind and the most helpful! Even on a day that I felt sea-sick, she advised me wisely what to eat to make me feel good. We are more than thankful and wish to come back again ❤

Our honeymoon was wonderful in the Kempinski Resort. All the people were very friendly, cheerful and helpful. The accommodation was clean, roomy and cozy. The resort is absolutely stunning, very well-designed and inviting. We recommend their services to everyone who want to have a good and relaxing time in a beautiful island as Mahe is.

The hotel is everything you dream of, best assets are the staff members. Thanks yo Barbra and Angelique for an amazing service. One issue we had is the airco of the room, was not cool enough during the entire stay. It was checked and “fixed” at one point but no real difference. The beach is the highlight! Just amazing

True 5 start experience, accommodation, service, food, everything was superb. The only down side is the beach is not as great as the North side but it's quiet and secluded. The kids club was also really nice, our boys enjoyed playing there. Over all a great place and service. 🇪🇹

We booked this for our honeymoon for March 2022 and as soon as we arrived we knew it was the right choice. Greeted by hotel staff with cool ice tea while we checked in. Our room was ready before the original check in time. The resort is superb, we did a bit of travelling around Seychelles but were more glad to return to the Kempinski Seychelles Resort, there’s a private beach, plenty of choice for restaurants and variety of food. The serenity and atmosphere of the resort was just something else. The best part was the snorkelling which is offered as an activity by the resort. We missed the scheduled session but Bawantha and Ushan were so kind and offered us a private snorkelling session. We went out to the sea and saw plenty of fish, there’s possibilities of seeing stingrays and sea turtles too all dependent on the tide. Would highly recommend.

I must say the holiday was impeccable. Having done a massive research on all hotels in Seychelles, having read countless comments on Google, Tripadvisor, Booking.com; we selected to spend several weeks in Kempinski on Mahe and we haven’t regretted the choice at any point. Last year the hotel underwent a major revamp, therefore most of it is new, very modern, elegant and chic. The sun beds are well spread across the long stretch of gorgeous sandy beach, hidden in the shade of tropical trees. You have privacy all the while facing superb ocean views. Contrarily to what I’ve read, you can swim on this beach, you just have to wait for a high tide, which happens at different times each day. The service, the food and the rooms were superb. All the staff has been respectful, welcoming and making us feel pampered. Here are a few names we caught, but if we didn’t mention someone is just because we didn’t have a chance to note down their names: Juliano, Marion, Claudine, Channa, Ricky, Norita, Sher, Veronique, Christopher. Also, the spa was a true treat and you can kayak, surf, paddle, all from without leaving this gorgeous hotel. All in all, I highly recommend it.

Kempinski Seychelles It was an absolute delight to find ourselves watching the antics of the little crabs digging tunnels in the sand of the tropical beach at Kempinski’s Resort on the island of Mahe in the Seychelles. Suddenly the pandemic and the winter were in some other world. Deep blue sky, warm sea, white sand, bright sunshine, waving palms, tropical flowers, takamaka trees, an occasional green lizard running up the trunk. You’re aware of the sound of the waves. A young man appears with a jug of ice water to keep you cool. This isn’t half bad! To all this, add delicious food, comfortable room with lovely bed, great service…. what more could you want? Champagne perhaps? Just order it in. Creating this slice of heavenly bliss is the Kempinski Resort Seychelles. Although a lot is going on behind the scenes, it runs smoothly, impeccably and unobtrusively. The staff are friendly and well trained, they make you feel like an honoured guest. The food is varied and delicious and the rooms are cool, spacious and very comfortable. We look forward to repeating this great experience during our next UK winter!

Vacation in paradise! We had such an amazing holiday at the Kempinski Seychelles. Everything was perfect: the clean beach, the restaurants, the rooms and the whole service team. Our son loved to be in the Kids Club and the pool. We would like to thank the team also the General Manager and the Front Desk Manager for a unforgettable holiday! We definitely will come back! 😊

Great Staff, really helpful and friendly, wouldn’t like to single anyone out because they were all so good. Nice rooms, properly cleaned daily with huge comfortable bed. Very good food, buffet has great selection, as do the other restaurants. Be prepared for 600m walk to Reception, pool and restaurants if like us, you are situated at far end of Resort.

This resort is an absolutely amazing experience. It has a beautiful beach, nice facilities, and friendly staff. The room is cleaned 2x per day, and the cleaning ladies are also very nice. The food is great here during the whole day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of food to choose from as well as a lot of egg options. The lunch is in a cozy restaurant by the sea and has nice views of the mountains surrounding the beach with great food like the Island Spiced Burger as well. For the dinner, I recommend the Le Petit Chef, a restaurant where they project how the food is made by a small chef right on the table - an amazing experience all around.
