First time going there and was readily greeted by Stephanie, I told her that it was my first time there, she quickly grabbed a menu and went over everything they had from healthy meal preps to smoothies. Every question I had she answered it! She even suggested what smoothies and cold pressed juices to try! Overall, being my first time there I will definitely be back!

This place is bliss for a person who prefers to eat healthy foods. I had turkey bolognese, which was served with spaghetti squash. It was delicious..Their menu items include no refined sugar, dairy or gluten. They also have meal plans, which I intend to try. Thank you, PataVida!

Juices and smoothies are far better than grocery store or smoothie king. Very helpful staff that are knowledgeable about their menu items and ingredients. Will definitely be coming back!

This is our go to on our way to the coast from Dallas for gluten-free and dairy-free food. We are not vegan, so their prepared meals (beef, chicken, pork or salmon with veggies and rice, pasta and/or quinoa for example) are perfect for us! Also loved the acai bowl! Staff is super friendly and space is very clean.

It’s so hard to find gluten free options, but the have so many to choose from. Great food!

10/10. It’s extremely difficult finding keto friendly foods when you’re working far from home. This place makes it way easier to stick to your goals. Will definitely be a return customer.
