The store is amazing. The staff needs a little work. You stand in line to wait and go in. Then you pick what you want and right on a card. When your done if the next person in line goes before you do even after your already in the store. Strange

They were very rude and seemed bothered by us and our questions. Ive bought jewelry and been here many times before and had excellent experiences. But i truly believe i will be finding a new jewelry store to use for special occasions from now on

The staff is always helpful and friendly. During this visit, I purchased my niece's graduation gift and a charm for my mother in law. I love James Avery jewelry due to their pieces being timeless. I'm hoping to add to my collection soon.

Courteous and attentive staff that greet every customer upon entry. They were helpful in understanding the charms I wanted added to my spouses bracelet along with the modifications and laid out the expected costs beforehand. They have a wide variety of charms for special occasions, life events, alma maters, symbolism, and novelty. They even recognize a majority of the retired charms and appreciate when customers come in with questions.

Little low on stock but that's totally understandable since Christmas was 4 days ago. However, they were busy but well staffed & we were in & out quickly!

Went to get my mom a charm necklace after her surgery. Quality piece and friendly staff. We were taken care of and my mom loved the piece. Highly recommend

I am beyond pleased with the service at this particular location. I brought 2 charms in to be added to my bracelet and the staff were so helpful and friendly and had my bracelet back in less than 5 hours. Thank yall so much!

This store has very disrespectful employees especially the managers they do not care about the customer. Their timeframe from buying to getting your charms put on is at least 5 hour wait or next day. Any other JA stores your purchases are done within 45 mins to an hour wait. Even the JA located in the Dillard Store gives you no more than an hour wait. This is bad service for customers that live out of town and need their purchases that day. I arrived at 10:15 am yesterday mine you they open at 10 am and had to wait till 2:53 for my purchases. I Italy suggest to take your business elsewhere.

Very disappointing visit. Purchased a charm bracelet from there and when I went to pick it up the sales lady simply put it in wooden box for me to examine , make sure I was satisfied. To my surprise she actually just gave it to me that way! NO bag , no shine cloth . She had asked if I wanted it gift wrapped and I replied no. But goodness she sent me on my way with me just holding it in my hand. A bag with a box & a cloth is what I am used to getting them in regardless if its a gift or not. To me gift wrapped would be actually gift wrapped . I assumed all purchases at least earned a bag
