The door wouldnt lock properly no curtain no wifi the shower curtain had mold on it

Nice staff but i wish i got a room like the pics posted online. Traveled by myself to visit a friend in Victoria and left an hour after i got to my motel room. Lots of sketchy people. Even some people sitting outside their rooms. Room never cooled down and door looks like someone had kicked door in. No smoke detector where it should have been. Missing a/c vent in bathroom. Shower was mildew. After eating my dinner in room i decided to leave. Told staff room was not cool and asked for money back. He did offer me another room but i couldnt see it getting any better

Nice room with kitchenette. Bed was really creaky though. Room was clean. I found it a little odd there wasn't a plastic cover on the mattress and pillows. Room was big and spacious. Was given a single room for the price of a double. Staff was friendly. Located near Walmart. No bugs.

Oh my gosh if you ever stop and Victoria tests you have to stop at a crossroad in this is the greatest hotel ever stayed in the manager there is the coolest guy ever he treated me and my wife like wheels for royalty Wheels kind of lost in his place he even showed us around to the Deer Park and all the love sites in Victoria I love this place I want to go back to the soul of this guy the guy is nice PG stop through there you have to check this place out is the greatest place in the world.

All rooms at Crossroads Inn & Suites have now been upgraded with new paint, wood floors and flat screen T.V.'s. If you have not been here in a while, come see the new rooms and stay with us again. Clean, although furniture an TV were dated. Friendly, accommodating staff. No coffee, USB plugs, nor clock in the room. Bath towels and face cloths were thin quality. Well lit parking. All inclusive, good visit. 3 stars.

Tryed to charge me $15 a day for my service dog not worth the trouble

Been here a week still no wifi room had bugs when I first got here. They don’t clean the room or change the sheets unless you ask and you have to ask for trash bags and toilet paper..poor housekeeping

We stopped in to get a uhaul. We had already done everything online so it was suppose to be a quick in and out experience. It was not.. The guy working there had no idea what to do. Tried to get us to pay for the uhaul we had already paid for. We should have been able to walk in sign something and pick up the keys. 30 mins later we finally got to leave. About an hour later uhaul called to confirm our reservation, and had no idea we already had the truck.

This place is a good motel to stay at. We moved into this motel due to hurricane Harvey and we've been living here since. Room service is good. Payment Is good. Bedrooms are fine. The sink is a bit small tho in the rooms. And service sucks here so watch out. But other than that, crossroads inns and suites is a good place to stay for a motel
