The service is as expected for the price paid. On the other hand, after paying $500 for services, we would expect parking to be reimbursed. No, they don't give coupons for paid parking in the building. I doubt that Prénato makes such a small margin on its services not to include a tiny $5 for parking in its fixed costs. Incredible when you know that Marché Carrier gives away $10 worth of purchases. We quickly understand who considers their customers in their decisions.

Everyone from the person who answered the phone, to the receptionist and the doctor were very kind, genuine and helpful. They also did their best to assist me in English, which was greatly appreciated as going to the doctor in another language can be intimidating. The facilities are also very modern and clean, which is very refreshing and makes you feel like you are in good hands. Thank you!

Super personalized service during nuchal translucency ultrasound. We go home with a list of ultrasound photos in addition to other photos on a USB key. Return of blood test results to detect Down syndrome received within 5 days (taken Tuesday and received Sunday evening). It's well worth the price!

Everything was perfect ! We are French and were on vacation during our visit, Melyssa did everything to organize our meeting and make our lives easier when we came! I got a 2D ultrasound package and overall, I loved my experience. The clinic is magnificent and the atmosphere is really warm, you feel really pampered there with the amenities available and the kindness of the staff. The selection of doggies is superb, each one is cuter than the last. The only small downside is that I have the impression that the young woman who made the echo was really looking for baby, the images were not clear and we were not able to get an overall image of baby versus d other past experiences even though I was 17 weeks pregnant.

Le personnel est courtois, empathique, rassurant et compétent. Ils sont vraiment à l'écoute de leur clients et ça fait du bien de ne pas se sentir bousculé ou de se sentir comme si on n'était qu'un numéro. La technicienne était attentive à nos demandes et a tout fait pour que nous repartions de là avec plein de souvenirs : nous avons entendu le coeur de notre bébé, elle nous a imprimé des photos de l'échographie et nous avons même reçu une clé USB avec des vidéos. Nous avons tout apprécié de notre visite chez Prénato. J'y retournerais sans hésiter et je conseillerais fortement cet endroit aux futurs parents.

Disastrous service, ultrasound report sent to another doctor. 24 hours after complaint and they did not transfer the report to the spouse's doctor🤮🤮🤮

Super nice experience on October 16 with Jessica Bordeleau, nurse at the Prenato clinic in Quebec. Throughout the appointment she took the time to chat with me, a attentive and human nurse. Following receipt of my results (on a Friday) she took the trouble to call me before the weekend, which I really appreciated. Exceptional service and so personalized. I highly recommend the Prenato clinic for all the examinations required during pregnancy, a big wow!!! Why go to the CLSC when the Prenato clinic offers services without such a welcoming and warm environment with a wonderful team.
