Honestly first time moving in a rental from our condo we use to own, by far the best choice made. Loving this place !! All the service they have are true delivered. People might get made from little things but the team at Equinox will hear you out and get on it to resolve the issue as soon as possible, trust me coming from a own condo building we’re same issues took 2 year or even still never resolved by the committee, to coming here and they get on it as soon as possible that is service. They advertised the building as a hotel life and I am living it ! Thank Judy for the amazing service you and your team has help me with visiting the area at first and also welcoming us in our new home !! 🙂🙂 Not a lot of people acknowledge the hard work you do but with the time I’ve recently had, I have seen it and hope others do as well :)

Very happy with my condo apartment's management! They went above and beyond to ensure a seamless move out/move in experience. From willingness to address my concerns to rapid communication, they truly prioritize my satisfaction. I'm happy to call this place home, thanks to their empathy and understanding. Honestly, I love the building! It’s cozy, calm and clean. So far nothing but good experience. I had some small issues and they were all solved very fast. Also, I found Judy so implicated in her work, she is concerned with all my requests and she answers and delivers fast. Asked her many favours and she always gives me options to choose from.. and for all the things we r getting in the building, the price is very fair compared to other rental condos!

The customer service at this building specifically with Dominique was amazing. She was polite, professional and very informative and answered all of our questions. In the end we chose Equinox because the common areas are amazing, 2 pools and the private terasse area really makes it feel like an all inclusive experience. Id highly recommend anyone looking to love into a modern condo rental to check them out

Love living here. Quiet. Maintenance service is prompt and reliable. Close to everything. I’m not giving a 5 because there are only 5 visitor parking spaces for over 160 apartments. They are always taken. So guests must parking in the housing development across the street.

Very satisfied of the service at the Equinoxe - Saint-Elzéar. Staff has always been nice and reliable, place is kept clean and rules are well enforced to ensure the satisfaction of all tenants. Judy, the manager of the St-Elzéar Equinoxe, is also super communicative, reliable, quick and effective. Overall, very satisfied with how this building is run. 5/5, thank you!
