The worst place ever. I was drawn to the fact that it was close to the subway (not even a good thing given the thugs that are smoking drugs etc in front the metro). I am trying to move ASAP. I don't even know where to start. First of all everything you read is true. Alarm fire that rings once a week no joke. First week I moved. The firemen take all their time because they know it is fake. Cheap,never-ending renovation and nothing to show for except for bad elevators that work whenever...truly dangerous given the fact that there 26th floors and elderly and disabled people. Dogs that barks whenever they feel with no supervision. Water cut off once a month. Very questionable tenants who are loud and noisy and when you complain, nothing is being done. No intimacy as they enter your apartment when you are gone, no warning as it is supposed to by the law. It seems very professional but a real joke with a secretary who makes mistakes and forget your requests. Do yourself a favor: avoid that place. Are you reading the comments below wondering how can a place be that bad? Are you thinking "Wow, every day? This guy is exaggerating." Haha. I took the gamble. I deeply regret it. Also, to add to everything that has been said yet (poor management, fire alarms every day, very loud neighboors (UdeS), elevators breaking constantly, no hygiene in the free swimming pool they offer you access to and overcharged laundry rooms) it is also worth mentioning that they have a bad system concerning everything that is payements and credit. They will build a very bad credit reputation on you by sending you false notices that you havn't paid a balance on X month, blame it on Toronto, and do nothing about it.

I have been living here for a year now, and if I could give it zero stars, I would. The fire alarm rings every week at all hours of the day, they cut the water once or twice every month for whole days at a time, there is no hot water in winter at least one night a week, and it takes forever to have any response from the maintenance team on any issues. I have been waiting two months for them to come look at a dripping faucet, and they never even responded to any of my written concerns. I asked the administration, and they said they could do nothing about it. This is, by far, the worst building I have ever lived in. The only benefit to this dump is that it is next to Metro Longueuil.

Staff is very rude. I had a problem with poor internet connection in the apartment so I sent a message through the maintenance website. I got a reply which was to buy a wifi extender so I did. On the box of the wifi extender it said that you need to press a button on the router which I do not have access to. After seeing this I sent another message and attached pictures of all 4 sides of the box asking what I should do next. They reply and say a member of staff will assist you. I make an appointment to see this member of staff at 12:00 pm they do not come because of an 'emergency'. I reschedule for 2:00 pm. They canceled again due to more 'emergencies'. I then reschedule for the next day at 8:00 am. The member of staff arrives at 9:30 am. I show him the wifi extender and he says "you didn't even open it". I then explain to him that i didn't want to open it because then I wouldn't be able to refund it if it didn't work. He then said "I've set up a lot of these and you didn't even open the box to try it". I then explain again that I didn't want to in case it didn't work or wasn't the right type so that I could refund it. He then says "you can set it up with your phone" to which I told him "on the box it says that you have to press a WPS button on the router". He then proceeded to bitterly tell me that there is another method that isn't mentioned on the box and would be impossible for me to know. Finally he said "you keep calling and asking for help when you can just do it from your phone but you didn't even open the box". Before he left he said "I live near by and never have a problem with the connection". Implying that I was wasting his time. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. This simple method of setting up the wifi extender wasn't communicated to me even after I sent pictures of all sides of the box. The overall experience was awful. Don't go to timber creek its not worth it.

The service is not good here, there are 3 elevators and there is always one that is not working ! Sometimes even 2! the administration is slow to solve problems. Also the fire alarm goes quite often and you gotta wait until the firemen arrive to turn it off. If you can find another place even if it is a little more expensive go for that one and avoid headaches !

fire alarm is always broken, almost one false fire alarm each month is completely normal. water cut is usual. elevators are old, insufficient and broken frequently. Only the location is good.

Not professional at all, they will not give you back your key deposit and the rental paiement will continue even after the end of your contract, always have problem of water and electricity, very bad experience

It's a very nice place. Nice management and the office really took care of me. make my moving in very easy.
