    Great experience in store. The lady named Shantae helped me is super patient and professional, thank you for a great service. Store is clean, wait time is not long and Shantae finished the request in a very reasonable amount of time. Keep up the great work.

    Highly Not Recommended. They were totally disrespectful to the guests even though we asked with a friendly attitude, I don't know his name, I don't even want to keep talking to him, he looks like an asian. Never used rogers and never will, I will share this experience with my friends and classmates, cause I can't imagine how they would be treated if they became one of their users.

    Poor service agent Steve or Silvian can’t recall the name exactly something start with S any how no attention to provide any assistance. Short answer questions can’t even guide you or advice you which plan is compatible with your needs , no potential in HELPING , NO CXS SERVICE. If you guys you don’t feel like working just close the store and take break . I think it’s better then losing customers . I was coming to switch again to Rogers but they just remind me how bad the agents are and careless . Thanks for nothing . Not recommend

    Unprofessional service! Lying staff at all the times! Rude staff, Rude Manager Ronald doesn't know how to talk to customers. They keep saying different things.

    I usually love going into Rogers stores but this one makes me feel unwelcomed. Staff gathering together to chat. I didn't want to disturb and left.

    The girl who helped me, pretty sure her name was Crystal, was extremely knowledgeable. She made the whole experience super welcoming. Her customer service skills were exceptional and she really helped me with everything I needed. Broke down pricing and showed me what would be better cost wise. Just overall a really nice way to end my day.

    It right now 5:45 and the doors is shut! They are supposed to closed at 6pm!!! I had to go in person to show id for a credit card application I did the last day was today! Excellent customer service 👎🏻 and the sales guy their will lie to you.

    Not recommended at all, very bad service with bad store manager, they treat just like they are doing favor to customers. I really can’t understand how customer oriented company like Rogers and Fido can hire such people.

    Waited in front of the store for 45 minutes along with other customers adhering to the store's social distancing protocols. The staff knew there were a number of customers outside and one team member came out a number of times to speak to certain customers in line, never indicating that there was no point in the rest of us waiting because the store was closing. Eventually, they allowed the customer in front of me in and told me and the rest of the customers that no more customers were going to be let in and the one last customer was allowed in because they waited 45 minutes... the reality is that we all waited over 30 minutes and there was no apology or sign of customer service. Instead the woman that was speaking to us just shrugged her shoulders and acted extremely rude the entire time. Terrible experience, they could have just told us to leave when they realized we wouldn't be getting in.

    Very lousy customer service. Bought a plan and a new phone at this location, was barely given any information about the plan I bought. I was not even told the date of my first bill, and my monthly bill is 14 dollars higher than what I was told at this location.

    Do yourself a favour and go to another company. The bill is always more than it should be. The customer service is very disappointing.

    I have a line of communication from Rogers, but the worst customer service company does not have enough answer for the person and you will not be able to understand from them because their English language is almost non-existent. I am not good in English, but if someone who is eloquent and clear talk to me, I can understand and their bills are very high.

    The employees here are so lost and incompetent. It was actually kind of funny. I asked about a promotion that they were advertising on the wall, and he didn’t even know it was on the wall and didn’t know about it. He thought I was lying until I literally walked him to the poster!!! LOL. Do not go here unless your buying a phone case or something small. 0/10

    Wow! I NEVER write reviews but I had such an amazing experience at this location. I had to wait about 15 minutes to be served but that's standard. The sales associate, Luckie, was incredibly friendly and patient at explaining complicated phone jargon. On top of that, she seemed really to care that I was happy with my plan and getting the best deal possible. I left with free upgrades on my data and added discounts on my monthly plan! This whole experience made me so happy to be a Rogers customer.

    If you need money rogers. Do fundraising other than stealing from random people.we applied for a a employee discount. Nver ised it, but got a 70$ charge for that

    I went to the Rogers store and get received by this dude who was very kind with excellent way of communication and good customer service skills, I wanted a new line with a new iPhone and he did it and completed it for me. Tho he told me some of the information that was not right, he might be mistaken 😊 . To be honest he was a true hero of the night 👌

    Bad customer service: during two different visits, two different agents were unwilling to answer questions. We were new customers to Rogers looking to buy a family plan with two new phones so we had many questions. The agents weren't helpful; we left the shop without buying a phone and went to another Rogers center, bought the phone and couldn't get the second one (they didn't have the color). We were at Eaton Center again for shopping and did the mistake of passing by this shop again maybe they'd help us this time with the simpler task of adding a line to a preexisting contract, they were still very unhelpful and we left without a phone and a line...This is a central location with badly trained staff which makes this even worse. We had an amazing Rogers customer service experience 30minutes out of downtown. Rogers needs to reshuffle its cards or retrain these folks. This is not acceptable.
