I did the tours of the Old Montreal (both East and West). Bruno was a fantastic tour guide, really interesting and engaging, and also pointed out some local cafe/restaurant recommendations. It was a great way to get my bearings on my first full day in Montreal, as well as learn some of the city's history.

We loved the Old Montreal West tour we did with Catherine! It was wonderful to see the city with such a knowledgeable, engaging and enthusiastic guide. We learned a lot about the history of the city and got some good recommendations about other things to do as well :)

We did the Guided tour of East Old Montreal today with our family - 2 adults and 2 kids (boys ages 9 and 11) and it was excellent. A great way to get yourself situated and to understand the city. Sarah was an exceptional guide. She looked after us and kept us in the shade, went just the right speed and kept everyone involved. She was very funny, and recounted the pertinent history in stories that were interesting for everyone - she really knew her audience. By the end of the tour - our two boys were waning - so it was just the right length of time. I wasn't sure what their review would be. But on the metro home, our youngest said - "I'm really glad that I did that tour. I came here knowing nothing about Montreal - and now I know a lot!". So thank you. It was a great way to get us kicked off in the city and we just might be back for the second half of the tour! Also - very covid-safe. All outdoors and easy to keep your distance!

An excellent walking tour understanding the history and evolution of Montreal. Interesting stories about the characters and how the town developed and grew through good times and hard times. Well worth it

Loved the free Montreal tour, Laura was an excellent guide and we learned a lot about Montreal downtown in the 2 hours we spent with her. Should be on the top 3 things to do in Montreal!

Amazing tour. Catherine was an excellent lively storyteller of the history & architecture of Montreal. Highly recommend this. We took the 3 hour tour: two 1.5 hour tours with a 1 hour break in between. She allowed us to sit whenever possible, so it's great for older people as well.

We did the Old Montreal East tour. Our tour guide was great. He was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor, this gentleman was very entertaining and we enjoyed this experience. There's definitely a lot of information that we learned and knowledge we gained about the history of Old Montreal.

I loved the experience! living in Montreal for 10 years, I didn't know 10% of what André (our tour guide) told us. The team and the crew were welcoming. I recommand a 100% this tour for everybody.

Catherine was incredibly knowledgable and entertaining on the tour. While there was a "self directed" hour (for food of choice), using the starting location was easy to find and locate once we reconviened. Appreciated her lunch comments. History of both sides of town was really cool to hear and the background of why things are the way they are. Well worth the time!

Did the Mural Tour, since unfortunately the Walking Tour was too late for my schedule. I liked it a lot - I think it would have even been better, if I had been there at the time of the Mural Festival instead of after. Still, it was delightful to get an insight into the Murals and the stories of their artists.

We took the ghost walk in the old port. I loved it, our ghost was an amazing actress. It was so entertaining. I forget her name but she was a school teacher when she was alive. I will definitely be doing another type of tour this summer. Great fun.

We booked Old Montreal East & West walking tours. Guidatour was flexible to let us take the 4 PM East and 9 AM West the next day, instead of the usual 11 AM East and 1:30 PM West on the same day. We enjoyed the tours with our guides Catherine and Sarah, respectively.

We loved our walking tour of East Old Montreal with our amazing guide Jean Michel - he was so lovely and knowledgeable. We learned a ton and it was a great pace with a mix of new and historical information. Absolutely beautiful with so much to see - we would highly recommend!
