I went to this clinic for the thyroid ultrasound and it was very bad. The service provider did the scan in a rush and missed that i have a thyroid nodule. After a couple of days i had an appointment with my endocrinologist and he himself did an ultrasound at the clinic and he was able to find a growth on my thyroid. So i would say they are playing with the health of a person and it could cost a patient their life. Very bad service and i wonder if i should sue them for wrong diagnosis.

I need to do X-Ray so my doctor suggest to do it here. Book appointment online, within a few hours you will receive phone call from admin for what is the next step. Show up at the clinic to open my file, finished the X-ray within pretty much 10minutes (this could be due to Covid-19 time, they limited people in there). The technician, wow, she is so professional, nice and sweet. Please keep up the good work and super nice attitude.

I’ve been coming to RadiMed Westmount for years and the level of disappointment that I have right now is unreal. The customer service just isn’t there! I was on hold yesterday for more than 30 mins to speak to all wine about an appointment, so the message prompted me to leave my number for a call back when an agent was available. I got no call back! Today Friday morning 8 am I call and for the last 30 mins there is no one at the “booking Center” to take the call. What is going on? Where is the accountability for being at work on time? Again DISAPPOINTING

Impossible to get hold of anyone. I sent my request online for an test. I did everything by the book. A simple ultrasound. I've been waiting a whole month and nobody has called me back yet. So I tried calling. Nobody is answering. You're put on hold, wait. Only to be told nobody is available to take you call. Pretty disappointing.

This place does not give me a good vibe. You call, they keep you waiting good twenty minutes before you can talk to someone to book a simple appointment, only to find out you don't need an appointment for scanograms, you can just walk in (...did it say that on the website? Maybe in small print somewhere). So you walk in the next day, only to find out the machine is not working and you wasted two hours of your day. I am definitely going somewhere else. I suggest you do the same.

I received a message in my voice mail to call them back after a Mammogram. I called a couple of times and left a voice message and I even called and talked to one of their staff and they said that I might need to redo my mammogram and they will call me back to schedulean appointment. She said that I will receive a call from them very shortly and I am still waiting for almost two month now. Never will go back to use their services

Several problems. Had an appointment for an ultrasound and was told to drink water for an hour before the appointment. Got a call day before to confirm the appointment and was again told how to drink water for an hour before the appointment. Arrived and had to ask about another test while I was waiting for the ultrasound. The oldest receptionist told me I couldn't do the other test that day because I had had water as needed for the ultrasound. The technician was late. After 15 min and incredible kidney pain (which brought tears to my eyes every time an urge to urinate came over me), I went to the receptionist and she said it would be just two more minutes. I waited 6 min and then the technician got me and took me back. She told me to go urinate before the ultrasound! I told her what I had been told and she explained that a full bladder is not needed for the ultrasound. Only if they can't see something would they get me to drink water but that is always and only after doing the first step with the ultrasound, and that it's not often that the full bladder is even needed. Parking: apparently parking is validated for up to 3 hrs (where they charge $4/20 min) but even after three visits I was not advised of this. It is not stated anywhere on there window, door, or inside. I found out from the gentlemen at Customer Service at the mall by pure chance he mentioned they validated. After paying over $30 in parking fees! The technicians however have all been amazing - personable, informative, excellent in every way. If only someone would retrain the front reception for complete care of the patient/customer.

Today I had an appointment at Radimed - Westmount Square for a pelvic ultrasound. I waited or no more than 15 minutes and the service was amazing. Although the service was amazing, I witnessed something that did not reflect on the great customer service that I experienced: After only waiting for a short period of time, I witnessed the receptionist helping a customer before me. The customer clearly appeared to be unhappy with the clinic but needless to say, her communication skills needed some work. She was rude to the staff and I haven't stopped thinking about it all day. Anyway, when it was my turn, I approached the desk and simple asked, "How are you today?" to the receptionist. She appeared caught off guard and replied, "Oh.. sorry. I'm good how are you?! I'm not used to being asked that". .... This is NOT okay!...I have worked in healthcare in the past and I am currently in school for nursing and i understand how one bad exchange can ruin your work day. For all health professionals, it has been a very testing year (and then some) due to the pandemic; having to deal with rude people makes it even harder. I think it is more important than ever right now to show appreciation for the people working in the healthcare field and show them your gratitude. I have a few memories of working in healthcare where I really felt appreciated and valued and I understand how important those moments are. All this to say: Treat people with respect, no matter who they are, especially essential ones during this pandemic. We are all human, we make mistakes and we all deserve respect and it goes a long way to ASK people how they are doing. Sometimes people need it more than you realize.

Nice clinic. The staff were all very polite and took time to answer my questions. They were courteous about me wanting to put a preferred name in my file, and used it throughout my time there. I recommend this clinic if you want a drop in x-ray.

Terrible. I was on time for the appointment but the technician only arrived at the clinic 1 hour after the appointment time. She was exceedingly rude and having done mammograms previously, it was the most painful mammogram I have ever had done.

I have had two procedures in the last month — an ultrasound and a chest x-ray. On both occasions I found the staff, from the receptionist to the technicians, friendly, efficient, and competent. Most recently, I found the x-ray technician , Eli Saab, so helpful and efficient that I asked his name so I could write this review. Excellent business, excellent service!

I sent me prescription by their web site and they called me quickly, set an appointment, gave me all the info I needed and when I was in the clinic I only had to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time because there was a lady ahead of me who had a more complex thing to have done but they advised me ahead of time so it was ok. Compared to other places with absolutely horrible customer service, this place is a breath of fresh air. Its my go-to place for my exams from now on.

Perfect service! I was serviced on time, the technician was very pleasant and professional. Sameera explained the entire process to me, was very gentle and none judgmental as the test was being conducted. Definitely will be coming back for all future tests.

I came on a Saturday afternoon. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The staff was really nice, plus they can give you a paper to get free parking downstairs. Highly recommend!

Clear information on website and “automated” on phone. Didn’t need to make an appointment for a chest X-ray. Walk-in, registered, X-ray done within 30 min. Very clean, respectful environment. I would definitely come back for other exams here.

Came from Ottawa to Montreal. They booked the appointment within days, they called me on three separate occasions in the few days before the appointment to verify everything and make sure I could find the parking location. I arrived and waited just minutes to get into my appointment. They were friendly, professional and efficient. One of my better experiences. To note, I got a coronary CT-Angiogram, so not the simplest procedure. When the test was complete, they gave my a CD with all the pictures and they are going to send the results to my doctor, AND to my home address. Very pleased with the service.

Not impressed - for paid private healthcare, it was a pretty garbage experience. The office looks terrible, half of it is under construction and the other half looks extremely dated. The procedure was fine, but the follow up was terrible - I needed the results sent to 5 doctors, but only 1 ended up receiving it, and it wasn't even then doctor that requisitioned it. When I contacted them, their attitude was "this is the fax number we didn't get an error message". Part of paying for this service is to have it done properly...do not recommend.

Staff was excellent. Efficient and quick service. I don't think I waited more than 10 minutes. Very nice radiologist and excellent doctor for an ultrasound and cortisone injection. I was going to another place for injections for what I was told was bursitis but apparently I don't have bursitis which explains why the cortisone shots weren't working. I am really happy my gp finally sent me to Radimed where I finally got a proper diagnosis.

Amazing service! The telephone receptionists are very friendly & helpful! When booking an appointment, sometimes you have to leave your info and they will call you back. The return phone call is usually the same day!
