Several
problems.
Had
an
appointment
for
an
ultrasound
and
was
told
to
drink
water
for
an
hour
before
the
appointment.
Got
a
call
day
before
to
confirm
the
appointment
and
was
again
told
how
to
drink
water
for
an
hour
before
the
appointment.
Arrived
and
had
to
ask
about
another
test
while
I
was
waiting
for
the
ultrasound.
The
oldest
receptionist
told
me
I
couldn't
do
the
other
test
that
day
because
I
had
had
water
as
needed
for
the
ultrasound.
The
technician
was
late.
After
15
min
and
incredible
kidney
pain
(which
brought
tears
to
my
eyes
every
time
an
urge
to
urinate
came
over
me),
I
went
to
the
receptionist
and
she
said
it
would
be
just
two
more
minutes.
I
waited
6
min
and
then
the
technician
got
me
and
took
me
back.
She
told
me
to
go
urinate
before
the
ultrasound!
I
told
her
what
I
had
been
told
and
she
explained
that
a
full
bladder
is
not
needed
for
the
ultrasound.
Only
if
they
can't
see
something
would
they
get
me
to
drink
water
but
that
is
always
and
only
after
doing
the
first
step
with
the
ultrasound,
and
that
it's
not
often
that
the
full
bladder
is
even
needed.
Parking:
apparently
parking
is
validated
for
up
to
3
hrs
(where
they
charge
$4/20
min)
but
even
after
three
visits
I
was
not
advised
of
this.
It
is
not
stated
anywhere
on
there
window,
door,
or
inside.
I
found
out
from
the
gentlemen
at
Customer
Service
at
the
mall
by
pure
chance
he
mentioned
they
validated.
After
paying
over
$30
in
parking
fees!
The
technicians
however
have
all
been
amazing
-
personable,
informative,
excellent
in
every
way.
If
only
someone
would
retrain
the
front
reception
for
complete
care
of
the
patient/customer.
