This is probably the most dishonest business I have experienced. There's no price on any of the merchandise, and once you ask for one he makes an elaborate, fabricated story on how valuable his goods are. From what I was seeing, his vintage shirts are simply bootlegs. Confronted him about this, simply shrugged it off, but tried to lower the price once I was ready to walk out. Said his prices were just simply unrealistic, but he refuted by stating there's people in Toronto that would be willing to purchase his merchandise- good luck pal. Also FYI, they also own a store-which has no name- that sell fireworks and other goods in the gay village, and its also the same experience, if not worse. The middle aged man will just follow you in the store, make you feel uncomfortable and finally make trivial price claims... Brief, avoid at all costs.

Neat stuff, however prices were outrageous tbh, owner was all up in my business the entire time. I understand you’re trying to sell me items but I’m just looking around man. Dude was extremely rude when I asked him about a price I thought he said. Don’t make jokes about “if I can afford it” I definitely could of and just lost a customer. Again, neat store definitely could take a look through again without the constant nagging on items.

This place is weird. First red flag: No pictures allowed. That shows the owner has something to hide. Next bit of weirdness: the prices. Holy moly. I picked up this kinda cool tee with a front-and-back elephant print, owner tells me it's $300. Like, what? I know how much this tee would probably go for in a regular vintage shop, probably $20-30. And I probably would have bought it if that's what the price was. Not literally 10 times as much. The owner starts boasting about how all of his stuff is "dead stock," as if that means anything. Just because something is not being produced anymore does not mean that it's automatically a precious commodity. Then I started looking at these Madonna post cards, which he told me were $20-40 each. I told him to have a good day.

I wish I could give 0 stars.I went there to buy a hoodie with a band's logo. The owner right away told me that this will cost over 150. when I said that it's very expensive he offered to show me a t-shirt of the same band instead which would cost 120 though. I said OK just to check it and if I liked it I would probably buy it. But the quality was so cheap.. of course I wouldn't spend 120 for a t-shirt with such a bad quality. So when I told him that I wouldn't buy it eventually his reply was '' you knew the price already, then why did you make me search for it?'' . I replied ''This is your job though'' and then he said ''my job is not wasting my time''.... This was my first time there and won't be second. You should avoid it. Not only the owner is extremely rude but he even claims that the hoodies are original when in reality they are fake copies

The 5 star reviews are definitely not real. Beware! I had a very similar experience than most people who left a 1 star review. Shirts were overpriced, regardless if they were authentic or not, we very politely declined and as we left he muttered an insult. The owner did a fantastic job at making sure we never come back. He was very rude and unpleasant. Such a disappointing shopping experience. I’d rather purchase from an online shop. The smart thing to do is treat your potential costumers with respect and make them want to come back. Regardless of if they can or can’t afford a $70 t-shirt. Learn how to give decent customer service.

Claims he's selling vintage merch but everything there is bootleg. Not one single shirt with an official merchandise tag. Sells patches STARTING at 10$, the same patches you can buy 50 for 20$ off of amazon, do the math on the markup. Pretentious and disrespectful seller, a liar and a cheater. Avoid.

The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. Zero stars for me. I asked for the price of a T-shirt, and he told me $70. I politely declined and said: that’s a bit more the I was hoping to spend, thank you. He became so angry, telling me that I was “ too much” and didn’t know about quality. I politely told him that I just was not interested anymore and he continued to tell me how “ I didn’t know nothing”. As I was there, he also yelled at a worker for not pushing a sale to other customers. This person has anger issues. I do not recommend it.

Honestly the shadiest place I've ever been to in Montreal... the owner tried to sell me a "vintage" shirt that I had seen a week before at a mall. Half the shirts I looked at were printed, and the so called "originals" were fake... don't go there the service is rude (the owner refused to show me a shirt because he said it was "way too expensive for me") the prices are astronomical and the overall place is hyper claustrophobic... worst experience.

Very claustrophobic, surprised if it were anywhere close to fire code, doubly so for the random fireworks. The owner made my friends and I feel unwanted and unwelcome, insinuating that we were just there to steal. Prices were far higher than I'd ever pay for. Probably one of the least enjoyable shopping experiences I have ever had.

Toxic individual. Major attitude. It's like he's spent a lifetime collecting character flaws and is proud to show them all off every chance he gets. I'll never go there again.

Extremely rude owner. Real merch $110-$260 for shirts and small jackets, and if you don't want that, there's fakes printed on Gildan for $50. Then $45 if you say no thanks, then $40 as you try to walk out without fake "merch". On you like a fly the whole time you're in, rude even when you help him out and was saying, and I quote "You waste my time. Waste of time. Bye." As you're saying "Thank you!" Nicely as you leave. Don't bother with this store at all.

It’s just cheap stuff, or overpriced things you could easily find on internet. The owner just tricks you into thinking it’s good merchandise, but don’t trust a word. No mention could be found also for the « no refund, only exchange ». They basically cheat you and then shakes you hands while calling you friend. Absolutely do not recommand this place.

Most, if not all of their jerseys, are fake merchandise that the owner will try to convince you is real. And they’re not even good fakes either—you can tell by the tag! They charge 40 minimum upwards to the hundreds for used fake jerseys, it’s insane.

Dude flat out lied about prices and quality. $700 smashing pumpkins shirt?? $200+ montreal hat told us it was new but was obviously worn with sweat stains. 49 dollar patch, i looked it up online literally in the store and within minutes found the same one for $10. Dollarstore quality sunglasses for $50??? Makes me feel like they try to take advantage of people who dont know the true value of the canadian dollar (tourists). Not to mention we didn't get any breathing room with the dude constantly on our trail and he wasnt the most polite either, extremely pushy and bossy. Couldnt even finish browsing because we wanted to get out of the situation. Dont recommend unless you are just browsing.

$100 and attitude for a used guns n roses merch with their logo. Insane. He said cause it's from the original website. So if all the others are fake why r they 60+ . Not to mention a white undershirt tank with some red paint for 40 lmao. Printing one for 30. Thank u

We came to Kody Montreal on multiple occasions to pick up flags for specific events, and the owner always gave us the best service. He gives reasonable prices that beat the market and is always very friendly. A must for any person looking for good quality flags, flag accessories and flag merchandise (hats, scarves, etc). Thank you again!

Terrible place, sold me a terrible pair of gloves that I could've easily bought at Dollarama for less than half the price. The owner and the workers will just lie about the quality and make up random numbers for the price.

Literally got robbed from the store owner. Was buying a used raider hoodie for $100 cause he originally was selling For $150 but when I declined the offer and started to walk out the store he stopped me and said he’ll knock $50 off so I said ok I’ll buy. When he gives me the hoodie, he gives it to me all folded up, I got the hoodie and left it In the car as I continued my tour around downtown. When I get back to the hotel , I come to find out the hoodie I purchased for $100 was a blank regular hoodie, not the raider hoodie we had agreed to. Don’t Even bother worth this store. Rude and disrespectful owner.

Any 5 star reviews of this place are not real. We were in the store for three minutes tops before being wholly repelled out of the store by the owner's evident personality disorder. Pushy, super impatient and visibly angry when we wanted to spend more than a few seconds looking around. Nothing has a price tag and he will just name whatever insane price springs to his mind. A hilariously bad shopping experience.
