Don’t move here. There’s nothing luxury about these apartments. Rent shouldn’t be this high due to the lack of charging you for pest control every month and don’t even come to spray! Yes, they’re roaches. Gated property but people hops the fences and use the pool and also they’re no cameras around the property I recently got my car stolen when there’s supposed to be after hour security.

***11/6 Update: We have now moved out and I wanted to thank Anita & Joshua for everything they have done over the past couple of years. Both of you have been amazing and we appreciate the support you gave us every step of the way*** This is our second year staying at Riverton and it has been great. The apartment complex has always been well maintained, & always felt secure. When searching for an apartment we've looked at almost all of the apartment complexes in the area and Riverton is for sure one of the top ones. Anita from the leasing office is great to work with in every aspect. Anita has always been quick to address any issues, is super detailed oriented, and on top of everything. The maintenance team are also doing a great job. Overall our experience has been a very pleasant one.

Management here at Riverton is amazing can’t express enough how great and helpful they are to make you feel valued here. If I have any issues with anything they are quick to help. I recently was let go from my Job and started a new but my pay was gonna come after the first but spoke with Melanie from the office and right away she was able to make the adjustments needed to make sure I was able to pay. I appreciate how genuine and supportive she was through this embarrassing moment it was relieving and weight off my shoulders. Melanie and Anita in this office are always doing their best to make my stay at Riverton amazing and happy. Thank you so much Anita & Melanie your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed.

I felt the sweet girl Anita who works in the Office is very professional and personable. Riverton of the high Desert seems to to be very clean. When it comes to communication with the application process they have been very efficient. Now living at Riverton a year Ive noticed Joshua Maintenance is by far the most considerate person ever. He really takes the time and patience with what ever problem my husband and I have had. One time locked myself out my apartment early in the morning while office hrs were closed and I knocked anyway and Joshua came to my aid, another time he retrieved my daughter's retainers out of AC box outside and so much more , it is very much appreciated.

Melanie is very pleasant and has always greeted me when walking into the office to speak about my property. She's answered all of my questions the best she can. Stacey and Anita work for my property and Riverton and are always great and are very helpful with my questions and concerns. Any issues are fixed right away. Whenever Scott is in the office he is quick to greet me as well and helps with any and all of my work orders.

Anita Sanchez is amazing! She had me sold before I even saw the apartment. She explained all the perks about living here. I couldn’t believe I was able to afford such a beautiful place and was able to move in within two weeks. The maintenance team is so helpful. I needed a screen put on my stove vent and it was done the same day I put in the request plus they brought in my Amazon package for me. I am so pleased and so happy to call this my home!

Shout out to Josh, Andres and Scott for always being on time, going above and beyond for all work orders and getting back to me in a timely manner. I just want to let them know I appreciate their excellent work ethic and I appreciate how respectful they are. They always great me with a smile and are always friendly.

Anita is an absolute sweetheart and is amazing, she made our move in process smooth and easygoing. So far everything is going great!
