I’ve lived here about 2 years 3 mos. Love the greenery and trees. Looks like I’m living somewhere out of the high desert. Doggie friendly with doggie bag dispensers. Dog owners are friendly. Other residents are friendly if you make an effort but they aren’t intrusive. High management turnover but we have good ones now offering to help and take care of problems quickly. Haven’t had problems with noisy neighbors. Seem to be mostly working class. Maybe a few areas are a little tougher than others but our location is great. Maintenance comes right away, sometimes the same day. They also replace bulbs and air filters at specific intervals. They check co2 monitors and smoke alarms too. Pool can get rowdy at times but pool is well taken care of and almost always open. There are special free activities for residents such as barbecues, ice cream socials and Saturday donuts. On top of all this, the property feels safe. We did have a bike stolen from our patio once. Our security company changes often which causes confusion. Parking is fairly easy. Laundry rooms and gym are clean. Two things I DON’T like is the major rent increases. Wimbledon is pricing out their good, respectable, long time residents and that is sad. We want to stay but each lease is increasing $100 or more. The other complaint is the water/sewage/trash bill. The charges are added as a combination from each apartment then divided by the number of the apartments in your building. We conserve water but we have to pick up slack from other s in the building. We also have to pay an administrative fee for the water billing. I hope to be able to keep living her as long as I’m not priced out.

I have been living here for about 3 months now and I must say that I really enjoy staying here, its very quiet and well kept. Unlike many others i have not had any issues with bugs or with theft, this could possibly because I live so close to the front of the complex. The rent is a very reasonable price for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with washer and dryer connections. I feel that the apartment is very spacious for a couple or family of 3. The rental office is always warm and friendly. They have great amenities such as, a gym, a pool, 24 hour laundry room, and a tennis court. I am giving them 4 stars only because the front gate can get very noisy if you live in front of the complex

I've been here only two months and I truly think it could be one of the best places to live in high desert. The staff isn the front office are helpful and very kind but the reason for two stars is, once I get stolen from everything is out of the window for me. It's my biggest pet peeve. I had a bag of charcoal on my porch and someone reached over and took it on Easter Sunday. I didn't expect a lot from the front office because you can't accuse anyone of things like that but they are prepared to do nothing. What I did expect was at least an email or letter to the residents about not tolerating theft even if it is a bluff. What they stole is trivial but it was mine! So far I really like this place but now once my lease is up I won't be renewing, i dont play abiut theft. This is so unfortunate.

My family and I currently live here. We’ve never had any major issues with this complex. Any small thing that we’ve needed taken care of has always been done quickly. The office staff is amazing, welcoming, and has helped us in so many ways. If I could, I would give them more stars.

I lived here in apt 122 for a year and a half and I’m a younger dude who likes peace and quiet and it was very quiet there. I never had noise complaints or break ins. The only downfall is the standard charges they charge you after leaving the apartment such as cleaning or paint but over wall I was very happy

I've been here for over a year and I've always had good experiences with the staff. Everybody is very professional and willing to help. Unlike many others, I do not have any bug problems. They spray on a regular basis and my apartment has been fine. Keep your apartment clean and the bugs will stay away. The only down side is the location, it's not the safest place up here but i peesonally haven't had any issues with theft or vandalism. Overall decent place to live.

Management office (Katie) needs to work on the way she explains information to tenants. Naomi is the only one at the office who is kind and helpful.

Wimbledon is a great place to call home! Very nice. Very quiet and beautifully maintained. Office staff and maintenance personnel are all amazing and see to it that your needs are met. Highly recommend!
