Great customer service is very fast, and food quality is the top tier meat . Waitress and management are very nice and understanding

Overall the restaurant looked good and clean, the server was very nice and got us everything we needed. However, we were seated at 2:30 in the afternoon and it took a little over a full hour to receive our main course. By that time, I was full from salad, bread, and appetizers so I took my chicken sandwich to go. When I ate my sandwich...the chicken filet was so thin it almost looked like a slice of cheese. (See attached picture) I give this place a 2 because it took way too long to get the food, and getting half of a half of a chicken breast just isn't good business practice.

Outback is normally a very good place to go out to eat. However, I visited an outback in a Laughlin hotel last year, and frankly it was terrible. This Outback in Victorville is great though. Our server Ryleigh was very nice and courteous. She took care of all of our needs and then some. The food was phenomenal in taste and quality. Will be returning to this Outback soon.

WELL Overpriced!!! It's was Horrible and disgusting My food was Cold! More FAT than Steak 🥩 That is Extremely uunacceptable and the overall Experience was Horrible!

Well this is the first time we have eaten at outback in decades. not since they discontinued the walkabout soup. We can for lunch and they were not very busy. My wife had the prime rib sandwich which was the size of two burgers. It was juicy, flavorful and easy to chew. Onions were caramelized nicely. The fried were perfect. I mean perfect. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. You have to ask for the houseradish. I wanted something different so I got the seered Ahi appetizer. That was a shocker. They did an excellent job! The sauce with it was yummy. A little spicy but flavorful. I liked it so much I poured it on the lettuce the ahi was served on and ate it all. I had a blue cheese side salad which was probably a lot better the day it was made. The lettuce started turning brown on the edges. The dressing had soaked into the greens. The salad, although full of flavorful items, tasted bland. All in all, I'd return but ask for a fresh salad.

I always enjoy the food at Outback! They really make a great steak and always cook it exactly the way I like it! Ribeye is my steak of choice, and Outback cooks it to perfection. The side dishes are amazing and the Bloomin’ Onion is a great way to start off your dinner! The restaurant always has a great vibe to it and it’s one of my favorite places to eat in town. The bar area is cozy and the bartenders are super friendly! If you’re hungry for great food and good service, treat yourself or someone special to Outback Steakhouse! Enjoy!

CALLED AND MADE RESERVATIONS FOR 3 ON A FRIDAY NIGHT. WAIT TIME WAS 15.MIN. WALKED IN AND WAS SEATED WITHIN MINUTES. IT TOOK ABOUT TEN MINUTES BEFORE SOMEONE HAD ACKNOWLEDGE US SEATING DOWN. THEY FINALLY CAME AND ASKED US WHAT WE WANTED TO DRINK. 🍻🍹🍺 🥤 WE ORDERED OUR FOOD FOOD WHICH WAS EXCELLENT, MY BONE IN RIBEYE MEDIUM RARE WAS RIGHT ON. WIFES AND SONS PLATE WERE ALSO DELICIOUS. AARON OUR WAITER WAS EXCELLENT THE REASON FOR THE 4 STARS.

I used Uber Eats to get an order from Outback. The delivery was fine. No issues with Uber Eats delivery. The problem was with the quality of food I received. I specified that the Outback Burger should be well done with no pink. The receipt indicates it should be well done. So why was a pink burger delivered to me? It's a gross texture/sensory issue for my son, and really our whole family... So after one bite, he spit it out and was done. He didn't want any other food because he was grossed out. So ok, I message Uber Eats and they say they'll contact me in 24-48 hours. I know how the process works, so ok... whatever. The issue isn't with Uber Eats. The issue is the way the food was "cooked." So I called to speak with a manager at the Victorville Outback. He says there isn't anything he could do, to take it up with Uber Eats. I never asked him for a refund. I didn't want a refund. I didn't ask him to re-deliver the food. It wouldn't have been eaten anyway because my son was already grossed out. I told him I could go in the next day to have the meal replaced. He again says there's nothing he can do. Honestly, after the interaction I'm good... I won't even eat there again. It's not cool of them to push their quality control issue of on to another company to fix.

Got the chicken sandwich. It was good.. thin but good. My kids got sirloin and he was still hungry.. the other one got a burger. Hubby got a new York strip. Cooked perfect med rare. Rice was dry but tasted better when we warmed it up in the microwave at home

Update: I had submitted a complaint online and the manager called me the next day. He was very apologetic and offered me a meal for 4 to compensate for the bad experience. I appreciate the quick follow up and have updated my review from one star to three. This was my first time placing an order for pickup and I don't think I would ever return. For the price that I paid, I was disappointed. To go fries were minimal, one of my steaks were burnt, kiwi strawberry lemonade I ordered looked nothing like the pictures or the description, and I ordered two to go alcoholic drinks that were supposed to be for two each and one of them was only halfway filled.

Ambiance is soothing my appetite. Love the steaks and the pork ribs are soft as well. Love the crew with their service with gladness. Love the bread and butter.

We ordered the Wedge Salad and the Blue cheese Pecan salad and they were all Lettuce and very little of the good stuff (blue cheese pecans dressing...) Prices are high and they don't have happy hour anymore..😞

We got seated right at shift change, things were a little slow but the staff was keeping up. We had a couple items from our order sent back because the soup was barely warm and one order was the wrong thing. Seems like portions are getting smaller, (like the lobster was only about two bites) but all in all it was pretty good.

Had reservations for 7:30, but they started texting us that our table was ready at 6. Blooming onion has changed, now its a bit spicy, so if you can't have spicy food, avoid it. Menu is confusing in parts, so ask questions. Had Steak and Shrimp pasta, which was pretty tasty, and cooked as I requested. Shrimp still had tails on them, which is weird for a pasta dish. Overall a decent experience, waiter was attentive and very helpful.

Sever was so nice I didn't see the combo I wanted on the menu but she made it happen when I asked about it after I had ordered something first like an a$$

Great food and great service. Ryleigh was very kind and did a great job taking my order. I will definitely go back soon.

It was a Tuesday evening. We arrived approx 6:45 pm; not too many customers there. We had excellent service and excellent food. Even excellent birthday song with ice cream and candle. Thank You.

My daughter and I came here, and our server was actually very laid back and nice. However, the food tasted so bad and was not good at all! Like at all! Pasta was overcooked and tasted, so Bland and my steak had these crunchy hard pieces inside, and the shrimp was undercooked... like, what's going on back there? Our glasses for our drinks had Cracks in them. The blossom was good and the bread they gave us. But as for everything else in front of the house and definitely the back. Needs work. Don't go here. Straight up.

Our waitress, sorry can't remember her name, was fantastic. The food was good, not the greatest, but good. The atmosphere was light and cheery, especially for a Friday night right by the mall. I was really surprised how slow it was actually. I overall, it was a really nice dinner. My husband was meeting a friend of his from childhood. They hadn't seen each other in 28 years, so it was nice that it wasnt too loud or crowded. Gave them time to catch up. Thank you for a wonderful evening Outback

We went here in order to have a good dining experience and needless to say, it was a good experience for us. Our server Stormie wasn't as attentive as we liked her to be, often gone much longer than expected. We didn't get any water refills. I had to ask other people on the floor for things we needed since she wasn't on the floor most of the time. My food was good but my lady friend's food was a bit on the dry side with her protein portions. She did have a positive personality at least but I wished she could have been more focused on us with her other tables she had in her section. The food took much longer than expected and was hoping she could have brought out the kid's meals asap after all, it was just a grilled cheese sandwich with fruit. This is just based on our experience and I'm sure there are other people who do a great job here.

The food was nice and my server was extremely nice and even offered and gave my service dog a bowl of cold water, my server was Alex E. and I highly recommend for family dinners or just anything especially if your put in her section!

Love the Outback however the cooks need some help. I ordered my steak medium well definitely wasn't even medium. So many times I've had to send it back. Tonight I just packed it up. Our server was amazing though.

LOVED IT!!! Our waitresses Dee was very friendly and helpful.I Had the Bourbon glazed NY strip with a baked potato and rice. The stake was so juicy, tender, and flavourful, the rice was well cooked, not sticky or hard, and tasted very good and the baked potato was soft and tasty. For an appetizer I recommend the Three Dip Trio

The place was clean. The greeters were friendly, we were seated with minimal wait time. Our server was great, our food was made to order. I just did not care for the food. We ordered petals. They were a bit to oily for us and I did not care for the seasoning they deep fry them in. Our burger was ok, nothing spectacular. I did not care for the fries. They did not have the crunchy exterior ratio to match the soft interior. They tasted like mashed potatoes that had been fried.

Me and hubby always enjoy the food here but the service is usually lacking. Tonight we sat in the bar and had the best service! Everything was perfect, our food arrived hot and service was wonderful! I had lobster, potato, and wedge salad my husband enjoyed the rib eye, fries, and salad. We always order the mushrooms!
