The staff was quite helpful and friendly. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but the item IS an uncommon one that is hard to find. I found another chain that I liked, and they were able to get it sized for me without any issues. I will go back there in the future.

In the store I was looking at a necklace with a pendant but I knew my wife would not like the yellow gold of the necklace because she likes white gold I was told that I could not exchange the yellow for the white gold and keep the pendant he told me I could purchase a white gold necklace and the yellow gold necklace with the pendant for 650 i was like ok ill give the white gold with the pendant to my wife and i will give the yellow gold to my daughter. once I paid and was told no returns that I would not get the yellow gold. I feel like it was a bad business deal please do better in the future

Don’t buy anything from here….. the worst store ever. My fiance bought a ring for me… while buying a ring nobody informed him about that he needs to buy the warranty. After 2-3 days the diamond came off and now when i came here to get it fixed they asked me to pay $200 more he already paid $1600 for the ring and this is ridiculous…. They should have informed him beforehand about the warranty and the manager didn’t sound helping and the tone was pretty rude

I got my fiancé ring here and we both love it, worked out a hell of a deal for a 2.56 carat ring for a price I can brag about. I wish they would’ve honored there trade in better but the deal was more than enough.

I was having issues with the wedding band that me and my fiance purchased but they made a mistake with my size. Long story short Carlos was able to fix the issue and we were happy with the outcome. I would've given them 5 stars but one of the team members was not as helpful. Other than that we love our rings.
