I went in February of this year to try to make an appointment for my children with Doctor Ahluwalia. I was told that my children's doctor no longer work there and that they had not yet found a new doctor and that they were going to call me back when they had a doctor for my children. Till this day I didn't receive a call back. I've called about four times I even went in person to try it to set up an appointment they never did set up an appointment and all the times that I called I kept being put on hold. this last time I called about 3 weeks ago they just hanged up the phone on me. I think I am block because I keep getting the answering service. The front staff in this office are very unprofessional and very rude.

My husband had to get referral and we requested to send to another doctor but they never helped us to give one. We also had hard time contacting with responsible person because when we called , they always said we would call back later but never called back. We got approval to do procedure but then we got bill because Heritage didn't pay . I will not say everyone is bad but what we experienced was really bad. No one is willing to help for referral or billing . I just want other people know the problem.

Heritage Victor valley medical is the worst medical group I have ever belonged to. It's so bad that I pay cash for better doctors down the hill. For instance, I requested a dermatologist for cancer on my face. I've seen the doctor 4 times with no results. They FINALLY agreed to refer me out about a month ago. I called yep days ago and the referral hasn't been sent. Really really incompetent group overall.

The Doctors and nurses at Heritage medical are professional people for your health needs. Carefully listen and understand your health concerns. Getting medical attention here was easy and relieving. The exam rooms are very clean, and continuously cleaned. I have had a good experience at this Urgent Care.

Rachel Ryan Was very helpful in going over my MRI results. She was very professional and calmed my anxieties in the very beginning of the appointment. I connected well with her and actually want to change to her as my pcp. I feel she is also thorough in making sure she has answered any of my questions or concerns. 5 Star for sure!

Very professional, showed compassion & concern, asked proper questions, performed necessary tests, diagnosed my condition & treated it promptly. Discussed & explained as treatment continued, making sure I fully understood what transpired, the method of treatment & after care. I was very pleased and made comfortable. Thank you, you and your staff are greatly appreciated. All worked & communicated together in my care. I greatly appreciate doctor and his staff.

Dr North has taken care of my husband and myself for the last 10 years or so…. He is the most caring Dr, we are never rushed and he’s thorough in meeting our care needs. He and his medical assistants go above and beyond every phone call and visit!

The facilities at Heritage are excellent, the check in process is easy and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to see the doctor. Dr Nicolaisen was friendly, professional, and explained things very well and I felt confident in his analysis, advice, and treatment. The medical assistant, Angel, was exceptionally personable yet professional and put me at ease immediately. The experience with both of them was much above expectations. Just wanted to add that I've always had a good experience with Heritage and also their Urgent Care and I've been using them for about 12 years.

Took my mini and we did not have to wait long. The service was awesome plus they gave her a little bear while she waited. Made it so much easier for her since she was scared. The dispatch nurse was so nice.

Rachel is a great listener and proactive in getting what needs to be handled, handled! She explains situations and educates about those things that we have trouble understanding. She advocates for the patient!

The Medical staff is friendly and helpful, office space is nice, neat and clean. Doctor Cha is an Amazing Pediatrician. she is very thorough and takes her time with her patients during the visits. Thank you

I was able to get a phone appointment quickly with NP Rachel Ryan. She was very helpful and listened to all my concerns. The call did not feel rushed. She was able to answer my questions and get the appropriate appointments set up for follow ups.

Dr. Cha is an excellent Physician. She takes a lot of time and patience with her patients and patients family members when questions arise. Bottom line, she cares. I can highly recommend Dr. Cha.

I absolutely loved my first visit and a first visit is the first impression of what it’s like at a new office . Everyone was very kind and welcoming . Dr. Pagler was amazing . Kind, helpful , informative, and listened to what I had to say and gave me feedback on exactly what I was asking about . That to me is a doctor who cares about their patients, I appreciate everyone there . Thank you 🙏🏼

AME here doesn’t know the guidelines despite charging a lot more. Go down the hill for cheaper and better AMEs.

Dr Son Nguyen was amazing, patient, kind, took his time and listened to all of our concerns, recommended treatment and have us referrals. You might say did everything a dr should so what’s so special about him? I didn’t feel rushed, ignored, not were our concerns downplayed. He took everything we said seriously and spoke with us to come up with the best way to tackle our issues that is best for us. He was the best dr I have seen in a really long time!

Very rude supervisors. They put me out the hospital because I wanted take home meds for pain like motrin or Tylenol. BRAD, the home supervisor and this one lady with burgany hair is rude.

Super Rachel Ryan helped me so much in getting my annual physical exams started. She made me feel good inside and how easy my appointment went thanks to her. I am so happy for all the tests she will do for me. I 'am so lucky to have such good doctor -care for me, Roger

There is an easy sign in and you are met with a personable lady who does that. When you are roomed, they take the time to ask what you are seeing the doctor for today and then your weight is taken. I asked if they could take my height for me and they gladly did that with a smile. When Dr Moushabek comes in he brings in a young lady who does all of his typing while he asks the questions and you give the answers. He is very attentive to your health issues and has a lot of alternatives for you to try to get you healthier. Dr Moushabek will even escort you to the door to the waiting room before saying his goodbye's. He allowed my husband to come back and tell him some of the suggestions he had for me to try and implement to help me with my Parkinson's and high blood pressure. He is a very detailed oriented doctor.

The doctor I see at this med group is awesome Rachel Ryan is amazing. Love her personality. She treated me very well

Tim was very professional and explained everything that he was doing and why. He let me know what to expect as my hand healed. The staff is always friendly and try to make you feel comfortable.

I absolutely love Dr. Moushabek. He has been my PCP for over 25 years and he just keeps getting better and better. I love the new technology they have implemented to track your health more completely, but more than anything it's his kind, caring approach to treating each patient as a person. He listens and provides corrective information in an unoffending way. Truly a great doctor.

Was seen fairly quickly. Dr Sutton was kind and very thorough. He ordered tests and then sent me home. He then called me 2 hours later with my results. Definitely recommend going to them when you are needing medical care.

Very welcoming! Spacious lobby and all staff are caring and very helpful. Dr. Marcus Barber/Pediatrician is the best! He is very knowledgeable and always puts the patient first. The children love him. He takes the time to explain and teach. I would recommend this medical group. Best pediatrician.

Ms Ryan and Juan took care of me during a company physical and both were Amazing. Rachel answered all of my questions and put my fears to rest with one of those questions. Juan did all of my labwork, etc and he was as Amazing as Ms Rachel. There was no pain nor bruises when he drew blood and all other testing went quickly. The company's I work for use this clinic for all of our physicals and when in CA this is where I go. While everyone has done a good job over the years NEVER has a visit gone as smoothly as this one.

Dr North is excellent doctor, very professional he listened to you, ask questions and always had you medical records ready to review you previous visit to the clinic. He prescribed the right medicine. I'm very grateful for his attention.

I am frustrated. I am active duty and on saturday dec 3 2022 i was told they could not accept new patients due to there system being down and cannot verify insurance. I have tricare and my spouse goes there several time a year she is under my insurance so i am confused. Also tricare insurance can be verified over the phone. So with that being said seems like a laziness to me or a poorly ran medical system or contract. Honestly how long does it take for a medical facility that has plenty of money to fix a tech issue its been 5 days and you medical system is still down. Funny i talled to all 3 areas and the phones worked fine but when i called and got a answering service the lady said there phones are down seems like maybe not a tech issue.

Anthony Sutton, P.A. was knowledgeable, and he was thorough. I have some pretty serious medical background, and he addressed my issues with an ultrasound. It was really the only way of knowing what I had going on. I was stressed, and because of the good care that I received - that stress was relieved. I am appreciative of Heritage Urgent Care, and that I got good medical care today. The rest of the staff was cordial and caring too.

I am VERY satisfied with the medical care I receive from Brent North, PA-C !! One of the best, thorough, and most helpful doctors I’ve had in my 60+ years. And, he has a great disposition and attitude as well. I appreciate this Doctor and all that he’s done for me and my wife.

Doctor Pagler puts her patients needs 1st. She listens, makes an assessment and provides you with the care you need. All without being condescending or short! She really cares about your outcome and it shows.

Dr Pagler is very impressive. Very empathetic. She always takes time during my visits to listen to me regarding my health problems. I consider myself very fortunate that she is my PCP.. I would recommend her to a friend in a heartbeat!!

This has been my medical group since 2004. I have to say, Brent North is the absolute best. I always make my appointments with him. I feel my health is in such good hands..So kind, knowledgeable, thorough, helpful and cares!

While their Urgent Care office is well run, their Primary Care side is sorely lacking. Desiree Reedus and her Medical Assistant have a complete lack of consideration of their pt's time, and will deliberately lie about the availability of in-house facilities just to get someone on-site so that they can be billed, and make no mistake, you WILL be billed incorrectly. Avoid Primary Care, Reedus and her Medical Assistant at all costs.
