Used the app to order. App directed me to park in a designated spot for pickup. Signage at drive thru speaker directed me to go inside. Doors were locked, no note, time was 7:30pm. Went through drive through. No fries or Mac n cheese, both were supposed to be in the order, switched out for corn and more mashed potatoes. Checked order for substitute, ended up having coleslaw. Switched it before leaving. After getting home uncooked breading on chicken, undercooked doughy centered biscuits. Not a happy $30+ KFC purchase.

Husband & I visited store about 3:30 pm. Every booth & table was dirty. Ordered a Famous bowl & a 7 piece chicken nugget combo meal. The famous bowl was so skimpy I was shocked! Instead of fries with nugget meal I ordered mashed potatoes. The container was 1/4 full. Let me assure you I'm not a big eater & I left hungry from an order that should have filled us up. Due to the dirty lobby and minuscule portions we won't be back. Garbage complete garbage!

This KFC is doing a great job and full of people who are trying their best. Honestly I feel like they have some of the most entitled customers I have ever seen especially after checking out these comments. They try to keep their food fresh so yes, there are waits. Are we all surprised when we order chicken it might be.. RAW AND NEED TO BE COOKED?! My chicken and food is always good but maybe that’s also because I don’t rush them with impatience and a rude attitude, I wait. And if you don’t have the time to wait then maybe you should’ve planned more accordingly. I never have a single problem at this place and have always had friendly service and good food. Some of you need to stop being such Karens and lighten up.

This place is an absolute joke. Took almost ten minutes standing at the counter waiting to be acknowledged. Had the manager tell an employee there's a customer at the counter. A new lady finally shows up who I had to ask if she was ready for us to order. She had no clue how to use the computer. Got our order placed and paid for only to wait again. After waiting a while for the food our order was wrong and seemed very difficult for them to understand. It was 2 #7s with potatoes and Mac n cheese, pretty straight forward. They corrected and assured me all the sides were correct by telling me exactly what was in the bag. Sat down open the bag and wrong again. Back to the counter to be ignored. While waiting I convinced two groups of customers to go somewhere else. New lady that took my order comes back to the counter, ignores me and waits on a guy wanting to place an order which they messed up also. Went back to my table and waited until they weren't busy to finally get my order finished 10 minutes later by the manager. The food was good is all I can say positive about our experience.

We ordered online for a quick pick up, it said our order would be ready by 5:30pm our food wasn't even available until 6pm. I was disappointed in the long wait that's why I ordered it online so I wasn't having to wait. I had places to be and instead since I had already paid I had to sit and wait on food.. we was suppose to get 12 chicken nuggets in our order it came with 6 pieces of chicken, 12 chicken nuggets, two large sides which was both fries. I was extremely disappointed because I ended up with one fry and 1 Mac and cheese and only 6 nuggets that seemed to be very small and mostly breading like it was the bottom of the bag. I definitely rethinking about going somewhere else from now on if that is the service that they provide...

My family and I chose to eat inside here before taking my nephew to local trunk or treat events. Started off patient waiting to be served at front counter. Was greeted friendly. Tried ordering pot pies. I was told they were out. Not when they would have more ready, just that they were out. I chose to get a side of Mac and cheese it was very dry and crusty. I tried ordering a medium cup. The employee said they were out but then responded and said let me ask my manager and asked to see if they had received their shipment. Meanwhile my family had already sat down while waiting and my sister approached counter and let staff know how dirty the lobby and tables were. The guy at counter said he would be right out there to clean up. Never did he come out there. The tables were all dirty with food. She had to wipe food out of the booth cracks and off table. My mom and grandma choose to sit at the high rise counter and the plastic shield on it was covered in finger prints and food. Trash on the floor the trash was completely full. My brother in law order for my grandma on his app before we got to the location to use a coupon for her and he reminded staff once we when it was supposed to be ready according to his app. Staff said it would be right up. Everyone had finished eating 10 mins later she decided to get up and ask where her order was at. That same staff member asked her who's order and what was the name under. He said he can't check if he doesn't know. We were the only ones eating inside and had just asked him! The manager came over to then apologize and tell her they forgot to make it and then to tell her they didn't even have the right type of chicken she ordered. Instead asked her what else he could get her. Not when the chicken would be done. Since when does a restaurant just tell customers they are out of items and not offer some sort of wait time for fresh food be made? She settled as she's nice and wanted to eat and we had to go. But they weren't busy or understaffed. The employees including manager were all congregating in back of restaurant talking and on phones and going outside. When their restaurant is a hot mess. I feel terrible for the franchise owner. They are costing them money on a very busy highway right by busy expressway.

What has happened to this place?? It's gone to hell.. fries cold or overdone.. kinda surprised how quick my order came up , cuz the food been sitting for so long i guess.. I'll wait.. give me quality and good food not garbage for my.hard worked money..

All right, I do drive-thru here most of the time, and service has been 5 stars. Just went into the restaurant, and it was exceptionally clean, although there are some malfunctions in the men's room. The thing bringing down the service rating is that I and at least one other customer could not get served at the counter at all, and left without ordering.
