family
and
I
chose
to
eat
inside
here
before
taking
my
nephew
to
local
trunk
or
treat
events.
Started
off
patient
waiting
to
be
served
at
front
counter.
Was
greeted
friendly.
Tried
ordering
pot
pies.
I
was
told
they
were
out.
Not
when
they
would
have
more
ready,
just
that
they
were
out.
I
chose
to
get
a
side
of
Mac
and
cheese
it
was
very
dry
and
crusty.
I
tried
ordering
a
medium
cup.
The
employee
said
they
were
out
but
then
responded
and
said
let
me
ask
my
manager
and
asked
to
see
if
they
had
received
their
shipment.
Meanwhile
my
family
had
already
sat
down
while
waiting
and
my
sister
approached
counter
and
let
staff
know
how
dirty
the
lobby
and
tables
were.
The
guy
at
counter
said
he
would
be
right
out
there
to
clean
up.
Never
did
he
come
out
there.
The
tables
were
all
dirty
with
food.
She
had
to
wipe
food
out
of
the
booth
cracks
and
off
table.
My
mom
and
grandma
choose
to
sit
at
the
high
rise
counter
and
the
plastic
shield
on
it
was
covered
in
finger
prints
and
food.
Trash
on
the
floor
the
trash
was
completely
full.
My
brother
in
law
order
for
my
grandma
on
his
app
before
we
got
to
the
location
to
use
a
coupon
for
her
and
he
reminded
staff
once
we
when
it
was
supposed
to
be
ready
according
to
his
app.
Staff
said
it
would
be
right
up.
Everyone
had
finished
eating
10
mins
later
she
decided
to
get
up
and
ask
where
her
order
was
at.
That
same
staff
member
asked
her
who's
order
and
what
was
the
name
under.
He
said
he
can't
check
if
he
doesn't
know.
We
were
the
only
ones
eating
inside
and
had
just
asked
him!
The
manager
came
over
to
then
apologize
and
tell
her
they
forgot
to
make
it
and
then
to
tell
her
they
didn't
even
have
the
right
type
of
chicken
she
ordered.
Instead
asked
her
what
else
he
could
get
her.
Not
when
the
chicken
would
be
done.
Since
when
does
a
restaurant
just
tell
customers
they
are
out
of
items
and
not
offer
some
sort
of
wait
time
for
fresh
food
be
made?
She
settled
as
she's
nice
and
wanted
to
eat
and
we
had
to
go.
But
they
weren't
busy
or
understaffed.
The
employees
including
manager
were
all
congregating
in
back
of
restaurant
talking
and
on
phones
and
going
outside.
When
their
restaurant
is
a
hot
mess.
I
feel
terrible
for
the
franchise
owner.
They
are
costing
them
money
on
a
very
busy
highway
right
by
busy
expressway.
