Fantastic food if you're looking to spice up your eating habits. The traditional chickpea paste was heavenly. Service was very friendly and traditional coffee strong as it should be. I will be back!

It was our first time tasting Eritrean food, YOU must go and eat in this place! It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. We choose a vegetarian plate and IT WAS FIRE!! The service we received was so amazing and we will be back again if visiting again Austria. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. I really liked how this is a small family business and they try to preserve their culture and traditions in heart of Vienna.

Very interesting taste, it was something I have never tried before. The food was served very quickly, all fresh and tasty. We had the option for 2, I particularly liked this kind of a sause made of chickpea. A bit spicy. The traditional music inside made the time spent there very pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Such a welcoming and homely restaurant with some amazingly simple, really flavourful, tasty and healthy food. Superb for vegetarian as well as vegan eaters. In my 5 weeks of solo Europe travel, this is the only restaurant to which I went back twice ( during my 3 nights stay in Vienna ) , it was perfect food and environment ( the server is ever smiling) after a hectic day’s activities as a traveller …. Would love to eat there again any day :)

I was skeptical to try out something new just like you.. Listen, do it.. It's authentic food that you can't just find elsewhere in the world. Coffee is a must.. It was discovered in Ethiophia 14 century ago. Ordered meat+vegetable dish and coke 19 euro only. Huge thanks Afraim and Salma ....

The food is really delicious and the staff friendly. Can't speak about the authenticity but I heard that the cuisine (spices and style) is the same kind you would eat in Eritrea. You will have a great time if you enjoy eating socially.

An incredibly comfortable and homey feel with incredible food. The menu is in both German and English and they have all your favorites. The service was so kind and attentive, I will absolutely be back!

If there were more stars possible, I would give more. Amazing food, and really welcoming atmosphere. The guy there was very cheerful and gave great recommendations with the food. He asked for the spice level and the spice was just right for our taste. Portion sizes were very good for reasonable prices. Will gladly come here again if I visit Vienna again.

Delicious food and great service. Fresh, tasty and plenty of options for meat eaters and for vegans. We had a wonderful vegan sharing board. Incredibly good value. Would wholeheartedly recommend!

We've been sitting on the terrace/street, nice and quiet area. Lovely service, very delicious food. The goulash is highly recommended, yumm! Btw if you're not familiar with the cuisine yet: they were very helpful and gave us great recommendations.

We went here while in Vienna and it was amazing!! The first night we were in Vienna we went for take out, but the food was so good and the atmosphere so inviting that we returned the next night with the rest of our group. You simply have to try it. Great food and a really nice staff. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough!

Well, it took them a little while to get us our food, but once it came it was absolutely incredible!!! We ordered the platter for two and it was a LOT of food. The flavors and everything for me were out of this world! 😍 I enjoyed every bite and ate until I was super full! And they got us a free coffee and tea, and a shot of ouzo for the long wait time. So all in all I very much enjoyed myself!

Fantastic food, delicious, filling and healthy. We ordered the vegetarian plate for 2. It reminded us of our South Indian home food. Ethiopian coffee was strong and very good. Great service and cozy atmosphere as well.
