Amazing hotel to stay at. People are very friendly, the rooms are neat, and the breakfast was amazing. Located in a nice neighbourhood with everything reachable by foot / subway. Only downside was no airconditioning available.

I am not sure what are the high ratings for. Except for the positive staff attitude, everything is average. Uncomfortable beds ( too soft ), limited breakfast options, staff not available most of the times. Its supposed to be a hotel but its nothing more than a small airbnb. Edit post property reply: You very conveniently put the breakfast menu in the reply and deliberately didn’t talk about the uncomfortable beds. Breakfast menu is good as long as its there. Its empty most of the times and guests cant run around looking for you to refill.

Lovely place to stay. Very clean. Great location to all transports. Hotels rooms are on the second floor. As a lift. 🤙

Columbia itself is located on the 1st floor of residential building in a very quite and nice neighborhood and walking distance to the old town. Street traffic is minimal and there is no noise coming to the room. Room was spacious with large bathroom with glass sliding door. Staff was very helpful and we have no trouble with late check in or check out. Columbia offers discounted parking option in the underground car park 5min away, be aware that you need to enter the car park like every customer taking a ticket at the gate, afterwards you get an additional ticket from the hotel, than you use both of them and the ticket machine at the car park once your about to leave (important note: take first ticket with you to enter car park on your way to the car). On the negative side: there is no A/C unit in the room, however large fan was doing very well and the room temp was comfortable early August. At this class of stay it would be nice to have kettle and a fridge in the room, but there was any, maybe these utilities ware available in the common space, but nothing was said or shown

Great hotel lovely staff ! Breakfast was great not one complaint at all about this hotel great location aswell for bus and tram stops also a ten minute walk from the rathaus!

Very nice and modern designed hotel/bed and breakfast. Rooms are large and well decorated. It's run more like an Air BnB but this makes it a much more personal experience. It's close to Vienna's centre so I highly recommend any person on holiday to stay here. It was a good price considering location

The hotel is in walking distance to Museums Quartier and some other landmarks. I loved being not at the center of the touristic attractions, which allowed me to discover random places spontaneously. Highly recommended; good and kind staff, clean and comfy rooms.
