I have had both routine check-ups here, as well as an eye laser eligibility exam. Regarding the normal routine check-ups, I can highly recommend the place. I always had a pleasant time. The staff and doctors are friendly. Regarding the laser examination. I found the staff and doctors for this part also friendly. They do their best to make sure you are comfortable. The doctor's are also honest about your possibilities for laser eye surgery. They would not recommend it if they felt like it would be harmful for your eyes.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. They charge patients arbitrarily, I went 2 times for the exact same control, 1st time I paid 100€ and a few weeks later they asked for 150€. Its a profit seeking cash business not an eye center or clinic. Not recommended!

Today we have appointment for reading glasses number but we are really disappointed when we heard such a result. It was just like an arrow throw in the darkness. On internet the advertisement is amazing but in reality is something else. First expression is the last expression. Sorry

Unfortunately I have not received any answers to my questions. When I asked what could be the reason why one eye sees worse than the other, she said: "But you see well, we checked everything." But how can it be good when I have -1? Afterwards I repeated my question again and she said: "Everything is normal with the glasses, you can see everything with them." But I ask without glasses why it's bad. And why only one? I also asked why my eyes are dry. She said they could dry out like hands. But I didn't ask whether they can dry out, but rather why they are dry. Why are some people not dry while mine are dry? There has to be a reason. Very unprofessional. I advise against it. The doctor spoke rudely to me and just tried to get rid of me quickly. I don't want to go there again.

First time there for a routine check up , The receptionist was friendly, I don’t speak good German and it was not a problem because the doctors speak English too, my experience there was limited to a routine check up and I am satisfied. I will go back again after six months for a control .

I had a problem with my contact lenses, causing pain in both eyes. I was either ignored by 3 other doctors because no one answered or was contacted with the information to go to the optician. Appointment in 2 months at the earliest. Called here, you have a problem, ok, come by tomorrow and we'll get you accommodated. I was picked up here within 2 minutes. 3 examinations carried out quickly. Long story short, highly recommended.

Last month I had my eyes lasered. The operation was completely painless and quick. The whole team is very professional and attentive. For a very long time I chose the clinic based on reviews on the Internet and reviews of friends who have already done laser correction. Only positive impressions. I did not regret that I decided on a laser correction operation. Instruments are nice, technicians are also okay but doctor is not. Although I thought I had appointment with Dr Jamal, but I was sent to one young lady doctor. She was not competent enough. It seems like rather than diagnosing properly, she wants to get rid of patient! Not satisfied at all.

Now that almost a year has passed since my Femto-Lasik treatment, I would like to share my experiences. I had mild astigmatism in both eyes and 0.25 diopters in one. A few days later I could see really well with my right eye, but unfortunately I now have a double image (ghosting) in the left eye that has shifted to the left. Likewise, there is scattering in light sources. As a result, my quality of life and career has deteriorated considerably compared to before. I was put off from appointment to appointment. Last but not least, I was recommended glasses because it was supposedly an age-related (44 years) ametropia. My argument was not addressed that the effect occurs when viewed up close as well as at a distance and was not present before the operation. At my last appointment, the doctor got entangled in contradictions and the disappointment was and is very great. I can't say anything bad about the friendliness of most of the staff. Likewise about hygiene and technology, but everyone should be aware of the possible side effects of this treatment. Spend a lot of money and see worse than before for the rest of your life.
