Horrible service, if you pay attention none of the cooks wear hair nets and gloves while cooking. The staff also complained that I paid with card.

They had a nice sit-down location down the street from us once but now it seems they are going for the fast-food route. That's a pity, because as a sit-down place Weinerwald was really good, but for fast-food, it's so-so. I do like the fact that they have rotisserie chicken. I have't tried it yet, but I plan to.

Rude behaviour by one of the workers who felt the need to force a dirty tray on my table because he wanted to make space for his friends so he may bring them food. If this is the mentality of the staff, then my money will never be spent here.

Vienna Woods used to be very high quality. If you order schnitzel now, you will get a very heavily pounded schnitzel that may be... is 1 cm thick. For these prices I expect acceptable portions. The staff is neither courteous, nor unfriendly, but there is clearly a lack of motivation. If you consider that there are several shops in the immediate vicinity where you can also get schnitzel, you should at least try it. Therefore I can't really recommend Vienna Woods.

So I was more than disappointed on my last visit for the price, the schnitzel was simply a disgrace. Actually, I don't think you can even call it a schnitzel (even though it should be thin) given the thickness of the meat, which was almost the case throughout. I would like to note that privately I would not have noticed such an increase in the price of chicken meat that would justify something like this at a price of €7.40. Conclusion Vienna Woods you have to change something otherwise no one will come anymore. Fries have been inedible for about a year because they are soft and greasy.

If you are looking for basic, quick, clean schnitzel with good prices this is a good place…. Obviously you are not rating it in comparison with five stars and luxury schnitzel… but for what you pay it’s good fast food choice’

With the schnitzel roll, the schnitzel is first held together by the breadcrumbs. If you were to name the item after the main ingredients it would be a portion of breadcrumbs for around 5 euros because you don't notice any of the meat. All in all, the visit was an experience that doesn't call for a repeat. In the catering area you will be approached by beggars while you are eating.

Nothing special here, dont recommend at all

My girlfriend and I had dinner there yesterday and we were more than disappointed. First of all I would like to point out how unmotivated and unfriendly the staff is. I've never eaten a worse schnitzel in my life. The schnitzel roll and fries were far dry and had no taste, the only thing you could taste was the mayo and ketchup. For a whopping €8 you get a thin schnitzel with a roll and unsalted fries. No salad and no cutlery. Potato salad is swimming in oil and tastes only of garlic. Save it!

Das Essen ist immer noch sehr gut, die Auswahl ist auch in Ordnung. Früher hat man mit dem Wienerwald mehr verbunden als ein Flair wie in einer NoodleBox, daher gibt es die Abzüge fürs Ambiente und Service. Gesamt gibt es einen Punkt Abzug für die doch sehr hohen Preise.
