My experience was terrible I tryed to have a conversation and was ignored I felt a head cattle the person who cut my hair had no interest in what I wanted and just cut away she didnt ask how I would like my side burns just took it upon her self do what she wanted and didnt make attempt to make them even I paid her a $10 tip I got to my car and took a look at what she done and felt humiliated and a fool for tipping her so good i will never go there agine

I had an appointment with Pam on 5/23. I have long dark hair and wanted to blend in my gray with blonde highlights. I was not real sure about how much blonde I wanted. Pam was amazing!! She talked to me about what would look best and the end result was amazing! I absolutely love it!!!

Absolutely do not let Priscilla touch your hair. My wife told her to cut her hair shoulder length and showed her a picture and she completely butchered it, like I'm talking at least 2 inches too much cut off. Worst haircut she's ever had in her life. She also made her pay the highlights price for "extra long hair" when she did the highlights after cutting her hair down to not even jaw length. She had a friend of hers who doesn't work in the salon holding her hair to "help" and was pulling her highlight foils out before they were done, all kinds of weird activity. Edit: I'm adjusting the review from a 1 star to a 3 star for now. The above statements still hold true, but the wife went back this morning and spoke to someone about it and they refunded her money.

I went in and asked for a softer mullet like the blonde pictured. That is what I was given. I was friendly and got out quickly but I will not be returning

My hair was red and blue when I left! Had to meet friends after leaving. I was soooooo embarrassed but we could only laugh so I wouldn't cry. Don't waste your money here!!!

I suffered through all year including summer where I wore a hat in 90% weather to grow my hair out so I could have a long hair style and I go here for the first and last time EVER! I tell the "beautician" to leave the length and she chose to cut the back and leave it long on top. If I were a 13 yr. old it would be perfect. So I left her a $10 tip so that she'll remember me.
