Had the biscuit with sausage gravy breakfast. Very flavorful and thankfully, lots of gravy as the biscuits were dry. The home fries were lacking in flavor.

Delicious food. Ample servings. Welcoming ambiance. Friendliest service. The specials keep pulling us in - almond joy pancakes, maple bacon walnut pancakes, hash brown overload, and my most favorite Irish Benny (Eggs Benedict with hash instead of ham) - just to name a few.

The place as my wife would say is “cute”. They have outdoor seating with heated lamps. Breakfast portions are enormous so come with an appetite or be ready to share. My wife had their breakfast quesadilla and she loved it, she finished only two of them because of the portions. Eggs are cooked really nicely, home fries taste fresh. I had crab Asiago omelette, it worked and was delicious.

They have gluten-free pancakes!! Food was amazing. Service even better. We are from a small town and this place gives you that home cooked small town restaurant feel. Large portions. Here for our 13th anniversary. Definitely an added bonus to our already fantastic weekend away. The strawberries are berry good.

We are here at 8:00 am Sunday for the Corvette show. It was very busy as expected. Surprisingly we were seated right away. Food took awhile to come out which was expected. Quality was excellent. $42.90 was the total, no complaints. Staff was friendly and very busy but not stressed.

I ordered takeout while staying in town - an omelet, a breakfast sandwich, and a pancake. The omelet was very good - filled with veggies and well made. The breakfast sandwich was freshly made and also tasty. The pancake? Probably one of the best pancakes I’ve had in my life, and larger than the take out container to boot. The real maple syrup made it simply divine. The staff was friendly and busily working what looked like a recently refreshed interior and a cute patio seating area. If you ever are nearby and hankering for breakfast food — do yourself a favor and stop here. You can smell it from a block or two away (in a good way)!

Tried out the Pancake House on a long weekend trip to Sylvan Beach. The pancakes were huge and delicious, as were the other items we ordered. Wait staff was friendly and we enjoyed it so much we went back every morning. Very family friendly and reasonable prices for a more touristy area.

Ok, it’s hard to find a restaurant that you enjoy so much while on vacation that you want to eat there every day, but Pancake House is one of those places! We found it while on a girls weekend earlier in the spring. We could literally walk across the street from our Air B&B to eat, which is what we did for three days. You can eat inside or out (we did both), which is a nice option for people dining with young children. The restaurant is small and gets crowded early, but don’t let that deter you because it’s worth the wait. You’ll be greeted warmly by the loveliest group of servers. Each and every one of them greets you with a smile and greeting, even on the busiest days. Sit back and soak up the small town atmosphere while you wait for your meal. Breakfast and lunch are served all day, but sadly they’re only open until 2. The food is fresh and delicious! There are a decent selection of gluten free options and being able to have gluten free toast is a nice change for my husband. They even serve cocktails if you choose to start your vacation right! My favorite though, was our waitress remembered me by name from our vacation 2 months ago! You can’t buy that kind of hospitality, especially these days. Make sure to put Pancake House at your list for dining choices while in the area.
