Spacious, clean, tastefully furnished rooms; central location two steps from the U-Bahn and the Tram; and a host who knows what hospitality is all about. Great value.

The hotel is a great place to stay if you want to be close to city center. Mr. Panus is a sincere person and very helpful in any case. You will like his energy and positive attitude. Rooms are very clean, and has a highly useful compact kitchen with electric stove, microwave and fridge. The most important thing is, It's next to U6 line for easy connection, and walking distance to Westbahnhof and one of the great shopping street of Wien, Mariahilfer Straße. You won't get disappointed for a moment when you stayed here. Highly recommended to families with/without children, business or solo travellers.

It's great when you arrive at a hotel which exceeds you expectations! We had walked from the West Banhoff station and were unsure about the area but once the wonderful Mr Panus welcomed us and showed us around our apartment we realized we had discovered a gem. The bedroom was massive with an equally massive bed and mimimal noise from the side street on which the hotel is located. There was a kitchen area cleverly located in a cupboard arrangment where we could have prepared full meals if we had wanted and a table beside a window overlooking a courtyard garden which was very nice for breakfast. We assumed that we would have to sort out our own breakfast provisions but Panus had fresh produce every morning in a help yourself cabinet on the landing. The shower room and wc were spacious and clean with plenty of nice extras and throughout the apartment there were numerous paintings and artistic touchs to compliment the Viennese rooms. It was very hot, up to 35c in the city when we stayed but the air conditioning ensured a comfortable nights sleep. All round a fabulous place to stay in a fabulous city.

They sold off a portion of the hotel and the dining area went with it. The rooms now have complete kitchens but I then couldn't complain about the cook (myself), great location and the rooms are still quite nice. Been here before and will return. The kitchen is great for longer stays, everything you need considering the price of restaurants in Vienna this will save quite a bit.

Great accomodation! Hospitality at its best! Very polite owner, big and clean rooms, all the amenities are provided (coffee+coffee machine, microwave oven, shampoo/shower gel/lotion, hair dryer, etc.). Very satisfying stay! We would surely choose it again.

The visit to Vienna was wonderful, the hotel was close to the center at walking distance, very clean and equiped with everything needed. The host is wonderful, made us feel like home. We will definitely return.

Great time spent in a Viennese hotel. Location is great, next to the subway and close to Mariahilferstraße. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Definitely recommended!
