A dream place, a spotless and in perfect condition apartment, with daily laundry service and fully equipped kitchen. What more? A! The extra large smart TV with high speed internet, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube and all. The carpets are unique, the design of the entire location is one of a kind, lots of mood lamps, extra large beds, very comfy, perfect setting for romantic baths with natural roses and bath salts! The building is quiet, in the center of Vienna and it has large stairs and elevator. The owners, Barbara and Alfred are very kind and inform guests about food places and discounts and things to do in Vienna. Warm welcome with drinks and flowers! A trullly perfect vacation! I would return there anytime, let's just hope it's available!

When you're looking for comfort and convenience, you can't go past staying at Vienna City Apartments. Clean, spacious and very welcoming, it's in the ideal location - walking distance to all major attractions and close to public transport. In fact, the train trip to/from the airport is effortless. The apartment features every modern convenience you could think of, and probably a few more. Hosts were lovely and most helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

After some extensive research for a 5 day city-trip to Vienna, I ended up choosing VCA, in the old part of town . As a pretty fussy frequent traveler, I knew what I was looking for - position (walking distance to everything), cleanliness, quietness, privacy, authenticity - and all this, with fair pricing in mind. It wasn't the first time I had arrived somewhere with high expectations - however, this time was unusual because VCA actually managed to turn out even better than I had expected. The hosts, Barbara and Alfred, were very friendly, yet absolutely professional and their local knowledge and recommendations, turned out to be extremely helpful. In short, everything was perfect - and I mean, PERFECT.

Excellent apartment to stay in whilst visiting Vienna, would definitely recommend as an alternative to a 4/5* hotel as the price is extremely good in comparison.

Amzing place, it's truly a five star property. The location couldn't been better, its right across from the train, tramp, and bus station. The cleaning service provided, which include you laundry is great. I would recommend this property to everyone, and this would be my place in Vienna.

VCA is lovely, spotless and description and photos do not do it justice! The entire apartment is both a cleverly curated and sophisticated blend of contemporary and elegant avant-garde pieces, offering enough space for two. With easy access from airport, we found it very clean and well-equipped (full kitchen, large bathroom and extra WC). The neighbourhood is centrally located, very walkable; bus stops, metro stations, grocery and restaurants are near it. Communication with our hosts was extremely easy and they made sure the apartment was in perfect shape upon arrival and that we knew exactly how to gain access to it. As a matter of fact, all information regarding the apartment and surrounding attractions was provided well before and upon arrival, and our lovely hosts were there for us with a chilled sparkling wine, fruits and a fridge full of water. We immensely enjoyed our stay and we will continue to use the apartment as our first choice without hesitation. + excellent WiFi connection + quiet, both for leisure as well as for business trips

VCA VIENNA CITY APARTMENTSTM (hereafter called “VCA”) made our first trip to Vienna much more fabulous than we had expected! We are 3 people as one family consisted of one couple and 13-year-old child. We had decided to spend our summer vacation in Vienna, Austria and stayed at VCA for 6 days. During our stay at VCA, the manager and her staffs took enough care of our room such as providing daily cleaning and laundry service (at no extra costs!) and complimentary fruits (these services are for those who will stay for more than 5+ days and book directly on their website!) Specifically, when we had trouble in removing our broken electric adaptor, which kept stuck in an outlet, the manager had almost no time to settle it down in spite of the fact that it had occurred on Sunday. Of course, she dealt with all our questions and concerns that we had made before our departure by e-mails. Upon our arrival at VCA, we can never forget about the owner’s warm kindness. The owner is very friendly and passionate. He individually provided enough instruction for the amenities and facilities (kitchen, bathroom, etc) in our room as well as local tips for sightseeing in Vienna, which turned out to be very useful for our stay as a whole. Additionally, thanks to FREE high speed WIFI networks available in our room, we felt like living our lives in Vienna! We also have to touch upon the fact that the location is perfect. We have a good access to subway stations, bus stops and streetcar stops, which are all within 10 minutes walking distances. Local grocery stores such as BILLA and HOFFER are also within 10 minutes walking distances. Therefore, we had a very comfortable stay. Above all, we feel privileged to stay at VCA in Vienna. We will surely recommend our friends to stay with them. If you are confident in communicating in English, we highly recommend you to reserve VCA directly through their website. This will save your money as well!
