You can enjoy the restaurant „Steiereck“ and „Pramerl und Wolf“ here. Even without 3 month before reservations! The most impressive one was the red fish with carrots. The fish is fine! Normally fish is fine in all the restaurants! But amazing thing about this restaurant here is that the carrot was dehydrated and again hydrated with Parmesan cheese Dashi. Then they dehydrated it. Then they hydrated with dry tomato water. Can you imagine their imagination?! Amazing!

It goes beyond the taste of a single dish, but is a wonderful feast of multiple courses. The seven-course menu is carefully designed by the chef to show creativity. Each dish is a blend of fresh, high-quality ingredients. Choosing wine pairing further enhances the taste. The taste expression of each dish makes it a good choice for those who want to experience exquisite cuisine in Vienna!

We were surprised by the change of menu between our reservation and our visit in the middle of the month. Sadly the new menu was not as much to our liking as the one during our reservation. So we asked for several changes of the 7-course meal. After discussion with the kitchen our service suggested very nice, and we think better alternatives. I think situations like this shows if a place is able to accommodate your expectations, or whises so you will have a nice evening, no matter what might happen. We enjoyed the 7-course meal as well as the wine comeing with it. Overall it was a very nice evening and experience.

We spent a great evening at the Glasswing restaurant for my anniversary. Best food, very special champagne and very friendly service made this evening really special. Thank you! We‘ll come back soon.

We had the chef’s six course menu without the wine pairing and we were delighted at the inventive flavor and presentation. All in all, a fabulous meal !!
