Location was TOP!! The new buildings and the area were perfect, its a bit outside the city center but by Train you get to the city center in around 20min the Train station was a 5 min walk. The room was spacious and clean everything you need in an apartment, kitchen with all the utensils, flat TV and the dinning table for 4. The terrace was surprisingly big the only bad thing about the terrace was that the WiFi wouldn’t work on the terrace.

Silent, clean and spacious apartment near to subway, grocery store, bakery and so on. I was there with my family for the second time and we really enjoyed our five-day holiday. There are only one reproof. In the apartment there is a coffe machine that uses coffee capsules thats not available in the near grocery store. You can ask for them in the reception but its often closed. However I recommend FeelGood Apartments.👍

it honestly felt like a home away from home , we were able to relax after touring the town . the loction is very quiet and gives off a very cozzy vibe. the front offices were very flexible with us, as we requested on short notice early check in as well as a late check out. no hustle , quick responses . for this reason we will use their facilities again when visiting vienna. appartments are clean and on the quite side of the city. We had a great stay and would definetly recommend them.

I had a very pleasant stay at this accomodation. The rooms were very beautiful and tidy and the balcony is nice. The bathroom was big and nice too. In the surroundings there are quite some facilities, with a supermarkt and some cafés nearby and also the aspern lake. It was cool to be in this urban development project, which seestadt is. Parking and metro was super close, and by metro you can get into the center in 20 minutes very easily, every 10 minutes a metro seems to go. Great stuff! There are however a few points of improvement. The parking card didnt work one time and therefore we had to contact the parking garage to open it. They did it quite fast, but still a little point of stress. Another downside is that the alarm went off twice whilst cooking water. There wasnt even as much smoke as you would expect from a candle. It also states that you have to pay for the fire alarm to go off, while the air ventilation system above the furnace doesnt even work. Didnt hear anything about it though, but still a little point of stress. We would have liked to cook freely a bit, but were hesitant of it because of this. Also I found one small pan to bake a bit too less. Cooking pan was nice. All in all, great place, but with a little more care it would have been perfect.
