Zum Andi ins Minortenstüberl gehen ist immer wieder ein Erlebnis. Man kann hier quasi einen Kursus für die Wiener Küche absolvieren, muss dabei aber nicht kochen. sondern darf sich verspeisend "belehren" lassen und kann's obendrein in vollen Zügen genießen. :-) Das Stüberl ist an sich eine Kantine, verdient aber m.E. eine bessere Bezeichnung, also nicht wie einer der Werkskantinen einer Großfirma. Es erfolgt die Essenausgabe an der Theke im ersten Raum, zu der man die Stufen hinabsteigt. Das ist wie in jeder Kantine oder einem SB-Restaurant, nur halt mit besonderer Note und Andi Wojta gibt das Essen persönlich aus. Die Einrichtung ist sehr ansprechend, kein bißchen steril. Es ist eine Stimmung wie in einem Gasthaus, man hat aber doch nur über die Mittagszeit unter der Woche offen, nun Kantine eben. Es wird hier nicht zielführend sein jede Speise zu beschreiben, aber da ich hier schon seit Jahren hergehe, so findet sich für jeden Geschmack mit Sicherheit etwas und das in exzellenter Qualität in betont hausmännischer Zubereitung, wer Wiener Küche auf Meisterlevel schätzt wie ich. Man kann sich durcharbeiten von einem Kalbsbeuschl, Rinsdrouladen, Reisfleisch, Faschiertem Braten etc. und ich vergebe durchwegs de Höchstnote, weil es kaum mehr besser in Wien macht, nun meiner Meinung halt, aber diese als Wiener, der diese Küche auch kennt. Billig ist er nicht, es sei denn man begnügt sich mit dem Tagesmenü, nur für das alleine ginge ich dort nicht hin.
