Really nice hotel. We stayed in the dormitory section but it was amazing for the prize (28€ pro Person). You got a “room” with a bunk bed, lockers with password lock, and a bathroom. We had a problem about the bathroom though, the water overflowed when I was taking a shower and the room got all wet. Didn’t have problems apart from that. 10-15 min walk to the public transportation. Not very central location but definetely would stay again.

I think the location is as good as it can get! Easy to access via public transport and there are many routes to take. It’ just outside the ‘tourist-trap’ centre and within walking distance of lot’s of local restaurants and such. Breakfast is really good. The bed is nice and the shower is also very nice. Missing the fridge though, and maybe some other appliances like coffee maker and water cooker (but I personally didn’t miss that as it’s easy to get some in the neighbourhood/on the way back). Hotel staff and service is competent. I would definitely recommend!

We stayed there for 3 nights and our experience was great! The room was cleaned every day and heated every hour. The bed and the bath was super cozy. But the best part was the breakfast! It had variety and quality! Don’t hesitate to try the fresh, whole-grain bread!

Great experience. We got a good price for the room & when we reached the hotel they even upgraded the room without extra cost. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, close to public transport... it was exactly what we needed for spending a few days in Vienna

We called ahead to see if they could store our luggage as we would arrive in town early. They agreed and when we showed up they alresdy had our room ready for us and let us check in very early. The room was so comfortable.

A hotel that has all the essentials necessary for a pleasant stay. It's very close to the metro and tram stations (literally a 5-minute walk). Breakfast buffet quite varied, rooms cozy and clean (could be a bit more soundproof though), friendly, hospitable staff at your service for whatever you may need. Overall, you can't go wrong with it.

Such a great place to stay in Vienna. It isn't located the most central but in such a nice area! The service was extremely friendly, they helped you with everything and gave you great tips for your trip :) The breakfast had a lot of variety and by asking they also had vegan options 🤞 Loved and and would come back any time!

Last night, we landed a bit late on Wien, and we stumbled by chance on this fabulous cheap, reasonable, and very friendly atmosphere during any sort of treatment starting from reservation till checkout. Thanks to Remon for his great kind of hospitality.

Our whole experience at this hotel was fantastic. The room was modern and comfortable. I enjoyed the air conditioning and we had so much space for a studio, it was amazing. It was also quietly located and yet we had great access to the public transport options with a short walk in any direction. The breakfast was plentiful and service was wonderful in all areas from desk service to wait staff to speed of taxi bookings. A great place to base yourself to look around Vienna.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was immaculate, silent and the bed very comfortable. However, although the breakfast consists of good quality products, there is room for improvement in terms of the variety.

Simply excellent. We got a bunk bed in a shared room and we got our own private bathroom. Everything was super clean. The beds were comfortable. Lots of storage room and the shared room even had a common area with sofas and a TV. There were many options for breakfast and everything was delicious, too. They even let us stay in the bar to work remotely after checkout. Absolutely perfect service for the price.

Good value for money. A bit far from the tram station but walkable like 10-15 mins. Breakfast was very nice. Room was decent for transit stay.

Cozy hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, and amazing facilities. The view from our room was simply beautiful. The bathroom was very clean and comfortable with a big mirror and perfect lighting for selfies. The bed and bedsheets - after a whole week at work this was what my body dreamed of - like you are sleeping in clouds. I loved that they recommend breakfast - varieties of eggs, meats, yogurt, fruits, and pans. The perfect stay when in Vienna.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. In the bathroom there was a professional hairdryer! There is a useful garage, with limited spaces, at 20 €/day. The only drawback is that it is a bit outside the city center; we chose to walk the 30 minutes commute and it is definitely feasible, but if you're in a hurry there is public transportation available nearby.

This hotel is a hidden gem (fantastic location, comfy beds, great shower). The rooms are rather small, but offer everything you would need with great sound proofing. The hotel garage is rather busy, but a great enclosed public parking is 5 min away by foot, and the daily ticket costs 6 Euros. Our hotel breakfast was very rich, with fruit, veggies, eggs, pancakes, sausages, yoghurts, coffee and basically anything you would like to eat in a very nice lobby-restaurant. The TV was quirky, but has great channels. The staff was helpful and pleasant. We had a great stay in Vienna at Hotel+ and will come again.

Rooms are clean and bathroom is very nice. Bedroom is too conservative and all gray. Bed is nice and pillows are great. Each day the towels are changed and room is cleaned. Solid breakfast with variety od food, drinks, tea and coffees. I have stayed for 4 nights and went for business there. Location is a lit a bit far from center - 40min walk or 12min with Bolt taxi or 15min by public transport. Billa supermarket is very close 2 min walk and its open until 22h. Definitely recommended by me.

After arrival to the hotel we were told we can have a coffee from the coffee machine in the early morning before heading to the airport (that meant we were going to miss breakfast that was included). When we came downstairs to check out, and asked if we can have a morning coffee, we were told by a different receptionist that we are not allowed and that owner has forbidden to let anybody have a morning cup of coffee or tea before breakfast time. I wish I could say this was the end… we then handed in the keys to check out but we were told we have to wait for the system to double check everything is in order, in the meantime we got yelled at by our taxi driver for a long waiting time (after waiting about 15 minutes for the system to check us out) the gentleman at the reception also said we didn’t pay the full amount even though we showed him an email confirmation that the total amount was paid at the time of booking. We were also asked to show him how much we paid! At this point the taxi driver was ready to leave us there so we just left the keys with the receptionist and told him we know we have everything in the right order and we can no longer wait…very disappointing service and unpleasant start to our vacation.

A room with bunk bed and private bathroom. There is 24 hours reception and included breakfast. You can not walk to tourist attractions but there is bus station in 350 meters.

Rooms were very small, but also very clean. We only stayed one night and then flew back to the states. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The service was friendly and helped us with transportation. Rooms are clean, modern, and quiet. Breakfast was amazing! 10/10 😍 The hotel is easy accessible with tram if you dont feel like spending that much money on taxi. I would definately recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel. The best plus was the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy, clean and had the basics. Nothing too fancy but all the good things were on point. The breakfast was okay too. Definitely worth it for the price and location too.

Rooms are very small, but the bed is very comfy and room was clean. Breakfast was excellent. There were a lot of choices (boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, cheese and ham, german sausage, fruits, salads, bacon, tee, coffe, hot chocolate, lemon water, orange juice, apple juice, 3 different kinds of milk, cereal, creeps etc.). Food was very delicious. Hotel is quiet. Hotel has a parking but they are charging 20€ per night. There are cheaper options nearby for parking (6€ per day) but it is a 10 min walk from the hotel.

The best dorm we've ever stayed in! I wouldn't hesitate to book again. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast was exceptional, location is also good. And in the dorm you have an own bathroom for each bunk-bed - amazing!! We loved this place.

The staff was friendly, the location of the hotel is not perfect but it is within walking distance to city centre. It is possible to park near the hotel for 5€/day which is great and a lot cheaper than the price at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but it was too warm and there was no way to regulate the temperature. The breakfast buffet is good but could have more sweets (like croissants, for example). It is a good hotel to stay to explore Vienna in terms of quality/price ratio. Although it is not very central, it isn't an issue if you don't mind walking a bit or taking public transport

Just great! We had a very nice and clean bed and bathroom in the mixed dormitory area. The breakfast was great as well. I will come back one day. So, I strongly recommend this:)

Nice clean standard room. Check-in should go faster. Excellent breakfast. Friendly service. Easy access to city by streetcar.

Most of the breakfast options ran out at 9:20 despite the breakfast time was untill 10:30. The room smelled bad sometime from the toilet. You had to keep ventilation system on even it was noisy. The TV was old and small. The entrance door was broken at 23.00 but a friendly staff helped us get in ASAP (thanks). The room was clean and some staff were fiendly and considering.

Good Hotel with limited services . Breakfast with limited choices for Non Aistrian people . No croissant or other Viennoiserie TV channels all in Germain despite 2 channels in French & Italian. Approx 15 minutes walking to Train stations

I will not rate the hotel 4 stars but the service was especially superb. The room was clean albeit small. Thanks to the gentleman (long star) at the check-in and to the lady who helped store the bags. Location was a bit far from city but that is ok with public transport. You will not go wrong with this hotel.

One of my favorites hotels, the beds were so nice, the room comfortable but the most important for us was the breakfast choices.. Beautiful memories for our honeymoon trip, thanks to all. PS - Not very far from the center of the city but you need to use a bus or the metro station.

Amazing stay. Loved the entire experience. The staff is super friendly. A special shout-out to the receptionist Omar who helped me get some medicine for my headache on a Sunday when everything was closed. The breakfast is good too. The wifi could be slightly better but anyways, would recommend to everyone visiting Vienna.

Very nice with all comforts needed. Near enough to the center (20-30 minutes with public transports), yet far enough from the junkies who hang around the main stations. Staff is beyond expectations and super friendly/helpful. Room was clean. It would be nice to have a kettle for tea or coffee in the room, but since the breakfast was included it’s not a big deal. I would love to come again!

The hotel is new and comfortable, the reception is very friendly and the breakfast was good, public transportation is between 5-10 minutes walking, in general the hotel is very good.

Loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Although quite a walk to the centre lots of transport options nearby. Great breakfast options from cooked to continental kept well stocked throughout the morning. Rooms basic but well kept and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.
