We have booked 2 rooms in this hotel (1 triple and 1double room) for 6nights in August. The service was excellent. The hotel is always very clean and even the rooms are very clean and served with almost anything one could expect to find in this category of hotels. The staff are all very friendly and always with a smile. The breakfast is very abundant and there is always something to everyone liking. For us this hotel would easily fit into the 4 star category. Hope we will be back again.

Clean, excellent service, decent breakfast buffet. This our fourth stay in a 3 star hotel this trip, and this is the first hotel room that had fully functioning air conditioning, so I guess that's a huge win? 😂 Nice of the hotel to leave free ear plugs and other amenities in the room (the plugs were not needed; it was perfectly quiet in the evening, at least for us.)

Very good position, easy to arrive from airport. Close to Prater and to reach the center. We had a family room (4p) very comfortable. Continental breakfast

Good location near transport links. But that’s all I can say on the positive side, the hotel is otherwise horrible. It was incredibly noisy, you can hear the rumble of the metro under the hotel, slamming of doors from above and to the side, but worst of all was the construction outside the hotel that starts at 6am with heavy construction at 6.30am. When booked i always requests a quiet room but they ignored it. When discussed with the staff they admitted they did not take proactive actions on my booking, didn’t call/email ahead to explain they couldn’t provide a quiet room, no option to move me and were generally unapologetic about the situation. They also didn’t put a notice on the website warning of temporarily heavy construction. Lastly you know it isn’t going to be good when they provide you ear plugs next to the bed! Shower was dirty, rooms very very dated. The staff could have done a much better job. Avoid if you value your sleep and good service standards.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful. They were all so nice and welcoming. The simple things done right, hospitality at it's best. The larger family room was excellent for me, my wife and infant child. We had plenty of space. The breakfast in the morning was also very nice.

Excellent, good value hotel for exploring Vienna. Easy access by train from VIE (S7 and a 3 min walk) and then a 30 min stroll into the old town. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a hotel as clean; there’s always a little paint flaking, a little mould in the shower, a little dust lurking - this hotel was spotless! A true testament to management and staff - who were also polite and very helpful. Beds were hugely comfortable, efficient (quiet) AC Breakfast was ‘fuel for the day’ and a great standard also. This will be my hotel of choice for future Wien trips

We stayed here 3 nights before collecting our bicycles and starting our cycle trip along the Danube. The room was lovely overlooking the courtyard with a large bathroom including a bath. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English, a blessing as our German is not great! Breakfast was an extensive buffet with cereal, fruits, yoghurt, breads, cheese, meats, some vegetables, eggs, sausage, coffee, tea and some cakes. There was some variation each day. The location was great, very close to Praterstern train which we caught from the airport and an easy walk into the old part of town and attractions.

Lovely room with great facilities. Breakfast includes eggs bacon, sausages, meats, cheeses, fresh breads of many varieties etc etc. One of the best we've had included in the room rate. Great location next to train and tram station. Do not hesitate to book.

We spent one night at this Hotel. Firstly, it is located in a prime location in the heart of Vienna, making it easy to explore the city's top attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the front desk is open 24 hours a day. There is a delicious breakfast buffet available morning, which includes a wide selection of quality hot and cold dishes. This hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Vienna. It's highly recommended.

I got a single room and it was extremely small. Barely enough room for anything besides sleeping. And the bathroom. I typically like a little bit of room just to do a yoga, but even that was not really an option due to the way it was structured. The staff were very helpful nice and supportive but my room didn't have a working AC or a working mini fridge. And the street view I had was an alleyway where I can hear people talking randomly which annoying when trying to sleep. They also had major construction outside that I was never really aware of. I will say that they had an amazing breakfast selection that was included. So besides the amazing staff and breakfast, the room was really disappointing.

It was amazing!!! All of your staff is so kind and helpful! We only stay for one night sadly, but I’m sure we choose you next time. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was 5 star! I tell this all of my Ukrainian and Hungarian friends to visit you if they go to Wien. Thank you🩷🎡

This is a fantastic hotel for many reasons. Old fashioned standards of cleanliness (spotless), friendliness (everyone greets you), and quality of furnishing (simple but good). The ethos of this family owned hotel was summed up by the photos of all staff being displayed on the wall. It felt like one team sharing the same principles. The breakfast buffet has lots of variety, introduces changes to the options each morning and the staff are constantly attentive to clearing or replenishing. Large selection of very tasty bread. The pieces of sacher torte were better than the very expensive version we boughg in the cafe at Schõnbrunn! Good coffee and tea selection. Just sorry I didnt get to use the sauna. The location is brilliant. 250m to Praterstern station that has all modes of transport converge on it, including direct line to the airport. Superb eating places within 200m from Mat's wurstelstand and Restaurant Mahlzeit (ridiculous low cost yet quality hot dogs and schnitzel). All told, this hotel is excellent.

Very good location for public transportation and with will to walk, to see places with just walking. Good place to rest while exploring Vienna. Breakfast is also nice and gets you going.

Beautiful! Very pleasant hotel, with soul. Big room, big shower (important for me 🙂). Very good breakfest. Kind and helpful personnel. I recommend! Next time we will stay in the same place!

Most of the staff memberes are good and helpful except one (Roland). He was kind of rude and needs more training on how to talk to the customers. The additional twin beds are too small. They are more like Sofa/chair beds. Place is little far from the central area but there is metro stations close by

We had a great time whilst staying at the Austria Classic Hotel during a company team building - the reception team was welcoming even at 4am when I was checking in due to a delayed flight, and they handled our very peculiar requests during check out with a smile on their face. Moreover we found rooms to be tidy and the breakfast provided more than reasonable. If you're looking for a solid hotel at a central location, you can't go wrong here!

Fantastic hotel in Vienna. We booked a quadruple room for three nights in late June. The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was spotless, and the staff was friendly. Very close to public transportation and excellent restaurants. Breakfast was delicious . Best hotel we stayed at during our Europe trip

Comfortable hotel with excellent service and breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is dated but was undergoing some renovations whilst we were there. Situated across the road from both the Wien Praterstern train station and the Prater theme park. Easy subway ride into the heart of Vienna.

Excellent location only a few minutes walk from Prater transport hub (and Prater itself). Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Very good breakfast buffet choice. Surprisinlgly large rooms. Small (empty) room fridge was useful for drinks and snacks. Good WiFi connection and large choice of multi-language TV channels. Private parking for only 10 Euro/day and late checkout if you book directly through their website. Bonus for film music fans: Max Steiner was born in this house and has a small memorial here, also hotel bar is named after him.

You get what you pay for, as they say. It’s a decent, safe and quiet place that’s near the metro. But it’s mostly mediocre and sort of has a nursing home or assisted living feel to it. The rooms are small, extra charge to check in early, toilet paper is super rough and the internet is touch and go. If you’re going to Vienna and just need somewhere to put your head, it’s fine. If you want that exquisite Viennese experience, this isn’t the place.
