Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Am Parkring for my first ever stay in Vienna and it’s a part of the reason I’m going to come back and visit in the future. The staff were incredibly helpful: even though I checked out, I was allowed to use the front cafe area as my base of operations during my day long marathon of visiting all the wonderful cafes, bakeries, parks, and museums I traveled solo so I had the twin size room and it was a perfecto 👌 fit. Efficient and had all the amenities. The walk on balcony was amazing and didn’t need the AC for early August as I had a nice breeze since Vienna gets chilly at night. I was on the top floor so had a nice view of the city. The room actually reminded me of the typical Japanese hotel room (the salaryman hotel rooms) if that helps? If you’re travelling in a pair, it would be too small I think. Overall, highly recommend it. Will def be back!

I had a lovely, clean well equipped comfortable single room. The views are stunning and the location is perfect. The breakfast is bountiful and definitely worth it. The staff are friendly and we were well looked after at the bar one very late Saturday night. I ended up staying a couple of extra nights.

The service was very kind and the view was great, but the rooms were old and had a smelly carpet which didn't reflect the rate.

The view from the 13th floor terrace is amazing! It's situated walking distance from the center of the city and St. Stephen's cathedral.

I highly recommend this hotel after a nice experience here. The room was well appointed and the staff were very polite and professional. I especially appreciated how clean the room and overall property was.

a hotel attendant asked me where I came from, as soon as I said Milan (Italy), he pronounced mafia. At the reception an arrogant gentleman incapable of active listening didn't want to give me the receipt yet I had paid the night before with my visa Here the staff of this hotel qualifies as such Welcome to Wien

Amazing views off the 13th floor. Rooms are acceptable. Bathrooms small. Overall Ok not great . Will not repeat.

We really loved this place. It’s quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the views are great. I suggest trying the breakfast. It’s expensive, but it’s really good with quality food. Also, you have a view over the whole city.

We enjoyed rooftop stay with stunning city view. Hotel has great city center accessibility and close by underground station to extend city visit range. Hotel staff is very helpful. If you arrive by car it is recommended to ask hotel to park your car as soon as possible to subterranean garage as you might get penalty very quick. Just let your car in front of the hotel entrance. We did not take breakfast in, there are several close by options in the heart of the city center.

The hotel is lovely. Beautiful views. The staff is amazing. They upgraded me to a balcony room which is beautiful. HOWEVER, sadly, it shares a wall where the bed is with the staff elevator. So guess what I hear all day? The noisy old elevator. At midnight, 3:30 am and 5am I was woken up by the clunking elevator. And it’s not quiet. So just make sure you don’t get that room. Would have been amazingly quiet otherwise. But the staff uses that elevator all day. And then clearly beginning at 5am. So, not great. That’s the only reason for 2 star removal.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Hotel Am Parkring. We had a wonderful time, the staff was always available to help us and give tips about the city. They created an unique experience to us. We would like to make a special thanks to Marco, Amadeo, Matias and the restaurant staff.

I like the view, it was amazing. I got a room with balcony. They offered me late check out and they very helpful with all my requests. They have a parking inside, but it's a little bit expensive. 30 € per day. The furniture needs to be renewed.

A very good hotel "hiding" in 3 floors (11, 12, 13) of an office buildings area. Located very near to the city center, a walking distance from St. Stephen's Cathedral. Rooms are big with all the expected amenities and everything was in working order. Air conditioning was working very good in the hot summer weather. The service was kind and professional. Breakfast had a variety of food like cheese, fish, fruits and pastries - they also offered eggs made to your choice. The only drawback was the minibar in the rooms filled with overpriced items - a dated practice that many high-end hotels have abandoned and some leave it empty for free use and some other even fill it free of charge with beverages.

Amazing staff (sorry I wasn't able to get their names but everyone were so professional and accomodating)! The view was superb. Room was clean, huge and serviced everyday. Very close to main attractions which is a plus if you are staying for a limited time. They also have a sweet nice gift upon check out! Will definitely stay here again when im back in Vienna and will highly recommend to friends and family. Well done and thank you!

Nice room. Had to change rooms once due to an unpleasant body odor from a prior occupant. But, the second room is well appointed for the price and very comfortable. The service on this Saturday and Sunday stay has been excellent. The night staff in particular have been extremely helpful. Location is perfect, right off of the tram and a quiet location by the park. Short walks to the major attractions.

Front desk staff were great... Very helpful, knowledgeable, and a good command of English. This isn't the Ritz, but the rooms are nicely laid out and very comfortable. Bathroom is excellent, including its very good shower. The location is perfect: quiet, half block to the tram, walking distance to lots of sites, restaurants, and shops. And nicely priced.

Very nice hotel located in the 1st district. The room are a bit old need some renovation but the service is amazing . Room are spacious we stayed at the suite . The room we got has a balcony which we find it really nice to sit and have a drink over looking the Vienna city

I did not actually stay here; however, I had a friend visiting Vienna for a few day and, in the brief time we spent in the hotel with him, I was thoroughly impressed. Our check-in experience was smooth with a super-friendly young staffer who kept us engaged with her excellent communication and mannerisms. The room was well-appointed, and seemed to have pretty much ALL amenities right there

It s a good place with polite people, but I had to request assistance from booking.com for not canceling the deposit from my card, after more than 7 days. I could have simply forgot about that and it is not profesional.

Comfortable position and nice views. Hotel is old though, old rooms, tiny bathroom, very small and uncomfortable elevators (the hotel is located only in some floors of the building). The manager unhelpful and rude, something really unacceptable All considered, not good value for money.
