The staff was nice, we (three people, two rooms) could even check in way earlier and after checking out we could leave our stuff for many hours in a locked storage. The breakfast was very satisfying and was worth it. The rooms were fine and we all liked the hotel.

Absolute bare minimum, but in okay standard for the price we paid. The room is very small, but has a toilet and is clean enough. There were someone else's bottles under the bed when we arrived though (quite dirty). Every night of our stay there were some odd individuals drinking and laughing very loudly under our window, all of the night. There's no AC, so it's either loud laughter or being hot and stuffy all night. A minor setback though, as we were here only to sleep and the rest of the day we were walking through Vienna. No teapot which is a shame, there is however a machine downstairs in the lobby with some snacks. Optional breakfast is 10€ a day, though we did not have a chance to try it (available until 10:00 AM). The female receptionist was very polite and helpful.

I had my do not disturb sign on the door and when I came back from the city to enter my hotel room, the door didn’t work and somebody was in my room, I thought the cleaning ladies even though I had my sign to do not disturb, the noise in the room stopped when they realized I was at the door trying and knocking to get into my room, after 3 minutes of waiting and the person in the room not getting out I went to the reception to tell what happened. They gave me another key and blamed the cleaning ladies (if it was the cleaning staff they wouldn’t lock themselves in and stop when they realized I was back), after a few hours I asked to see the camera footage to see who was in my room but unfortunately what they showed me was edited footage and the parts of the person that invaded my room without my consent was cut off and edited out, as it showed on the camera footage program. In that moment I realized and checked out the morning after because I was too scared to stay in a room that someone from their staff comes when you are not in the hotel and potentially steals. I would have called the police but fortunately nothing was stolen because I dont have values with me while traveling and all my money is on the card, otherwise could be much worse. I advise solo travelers to avoid this place but also couples and families, had a very strange and dangerous time in their hotel.

The room was really small. Heating was good, silence is good. A little far away from the train station but not a big problem. There was no place for the luggage in the room. The water pressure was very low in the shower. And there was no slippers and hair dryer in the room. I took the dryer from the reception but there was no slippers at the hotel.

Clean and reasonably looking rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful and dealt with any issues efficiently, promptly whilst always smiling. Silviu, the night receptionist was very helpful. Location is not bad if you are prepared to use public transport (tram/metro) to get to the centre.

Four stars because of small issues that we had with the room and parking. But they react so fast and resolved it. The breakfast is tasty and better than expected, everyone should pay for it. Rooms are clean and warm. For me, the location is good, you can reach the city center by foot

Nice clean rooms with a good location, and not too far a walk from a metro station. Many rooms have a balcony, ours overlooking a side street.

I wasn't given a time to check in from my university but the lady at the lobby was kind enough to answer me at every request and explain to me that the check in time was at 2pm. She was really polite. The room is nice and the fan is pretty helpful. The WiFi works mainly in the lobby.

AVOID. Is not a 3 star hotel is maybe only 1 star hotel. Mold in the bathroom. Area very unsafe. Beds inconfortabile with stains on sheets. No heating. Furniture broken. The old men from Reception very rude, unhelpful. He wanted to charge me 80 euro deposit for a key for the parking without give any justification.

Tha staff was very helpful and nice. Our room was located on the second floor, there was only one working outlet and no hair dryer. It was clean although I saw a few ants in our bathroom. The walls are really thin and you can hear everything that's happening outside. The neighbourhood was very quiet and located 50 minutes from the city center. There is also an U - bahn down the street.

Good morning all thinking of this place 👋, it's 6.55 am on September 21st 2023 here is our TRUE EXPERIENCE, we booked a room for four people , wife and I with two kids checked in two days , there is a construction going on right in front of the hotel so we asked if we can have another location for the room 😢 NO ! was the answer loud noise from working crew from 6am , below our window in the late hours there will be people talking smoking marijuana and all the (@#&) goes in your room as we wore on the first floor room 103 ...I went down stairs to mention this to the front desk the lady said PLEASE DON'T TALK TO ME ABOUT ANYTHING I AM NOBODY HERE,,IF YOU ARE COMING TO RELAX AND HAVE a nice sleep? This is Not the place!

Booked a 5 bedroom, got a 6. Large bedroom. Very calm. Clean. Decent price. Good mattress. Professional staff. We just didn't find the hair dryer. Parking for 9euro/24h.

Very good hotel. The hotel is close to the centre of vienna. The stuff was very good. You can use the train in a distance of 200 metre from the hotel.

The rooms are good, the water warms in a second and the cleaning ladies are very nice. The internet fails sometimes, and the breakfast is a little expensive. But it's a nice affordable option to stay in Wien!

It is a 3 star hotel so you should not expect a 5 star facility. It is clean, well positioned and the personnel very polite.

A decent hotel for small groups. Parking details can be a little more straightforward. Must make a deposit to be able to park in the garage.

Awful. Dirty room. Basic to the point of unpleasantness. Ancient bathroom fittings. Unhelpful reception staff. Rubbish location. Parking is a nightmare. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

It's a budget hotel. The beds were saggy in the middle. It was two single mattresses put together. But I didn't expect much because I already knew it was a budget hotel. The reason for the low rating is that the housekeepers walked in on me twice. Once I was in my towel at 3:30 in the afternoon. I mentioned something to the front desk only to have them enter my room again the next day. Besides that, the breakfast was good and we walked downtown. It's about a 30 minute walk. The parking is decently priced.

For this price is relatively good place to sleep. Staff is kind. Room is clean. It's close to the city center.

Decent hotel with reasonable price. Located at walking distance from the tram station and S Bahn.

The stocky man at reception looked mean and was unpleasant to deal with. He seemed aggressive in his approach and clearly did not enjoy what he was doing. I had to ring the bell several times to get his attention to which he ignored me which is bad customer service. The rooms themselves were dirty with flies on the bed and wall which made me feel very uncomfortable trying to sleep at night. This hotel needs new enthusiastic, customer-friendly staff and clean rooms! I would not hold my breath though.

One of the employees on the reception was incredibly rude. Person with that attitude has no place working directly with customers. Shame, because other employees were polite and hotel itself is at a nice location with clean and decent rooms.

Stayed here for work as usual, location was great 15 minutes walk to centre. Hotel is a bit dated but very very clean!!!. No air conditioning but fan was provided in the room. All in all OK experience.

Everything was good, the room was very spacious. Free luggage storage👍. Only thing that was disappointing is that when we checked in at 3pm, they told us that our room wasn't ready for check-in yet. Normal check-in hour is from 2pm. We ended up check-in at a later time
