They claim modern amenities , restaurant, bar and room service. No bar, no restaurant, hence no room service. No airco, no elevator. I guess by modern they mean a flush toilet. STAY AWAY!!!

We had to climb stairs but there was always someone to carry the luggage up and down for you. Room was large and comfortable

Unfriendly, the opposite of helpful and even if you make a reservation you don't have a fixed room (only if you want to pay a large sum). I have never been treated so unfairly. The lady at reception couldn't even speak English and even less German and was very unkempt. The hotel is nowhere near as clean as in the pictures, it's not worth the money.

Hotel was ok but customer service was poorest ever. Other staff was ok but the owner of the hotel spied our every move and complained about everything (allthought we did not give any reason to be rude). We couldnt even carry our own bags to the hotel room because owner thought that we might shatter the walls with our travelling bags. Other staff looked like they felt ashamed because of the boss but couldnt do anything about it.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! When we arrived to the hotel the woman didn't let us in to our rooms. They forced us to pay before we could even check anything and they didn't give back the change. We left the hotel and we came back at 10 pm. We only wanted to take a shower but there wasn't any hot water at all, they didn't even had towels. We mentioned it at the reception, but the woman was extremely rude and offered a bathroom that wasn't cleaned in ages. We didn't want to stay so we packed our stuff and were about to leave, but the woman called the police. Finally we left the "hotel" at 11 pm with 4 children and had to look for another place to spend the night. (This place has 3 different names: Casa D'Oro Luciani, Parco di Schönbrunn, Castellamare which says a lot of things about the place. The lady hardly speaks English or even German.)

Rude staff... false advertising... still waiting for them to refund my credit card. I give this place -10 stars. We left after 3 hours. I am still waiting for them to call me back to fix this situation.
I’m traveling with 2 senior citizens. I purposely called ahead to request a low floor. The lady said ok... but when we arrived they put us on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Seriously? It’s Strike 1— It’s 7pm and we are too tired to complain.
Strike 2 - We are a party of six. There are 4 bath towels and 2 hand towels. Call downstairs for extra towels... the towels never come.
Strike 3 - We order delivery. My parents were too tired to go anywhere for dinner... I go downstairs for utensils. I try to talk to the woman and She cuts me off with “no English... no english”. Really? The website says the staff speaks English. I say we are eating in our room and I need forks... then she starts yelling at me. “No eating in room!” WTF??? She just said she didn’t speak English. She then tries to make me have my parents who had enough problems getting up 4 stories to come down to the 1st food to eat. I flat out say “hell no”. There’s nothing in the room that says you can’t eat in the room. Then she shoves a trash bag into my hand and tells me to bring all the trash back down to the 1st floor. I tell her no and she raises her hand to my face.
We pack and leave immediately. This place is a total joke.
No minibar in room —- there’s a shelf with drinks at room temp and a bottle opener. No refrigerator. I am pretty sure a shelf does meet the definition of a minibar.
No air conditioning.
No toiletries. There’s a squeeze bottle of body soap/shampoo in the shower. There not even soap by the sink to wash your hands.
Hotels.com states there are 3 floors... there are 5 floors.
Full service? I couldn’t even get towels and I was told to bring down my own trash.
