After booking, I read all kinds of bad feedbacks here, along with a few good ones. I know, you can say, I'm an amateur, reading first, then booking! I got scared, but I had to go. However, the accommodation was completely fine!! Nice and helpful receptionist. Very good location. The room is really small, but absolutely fine for a few nights. It was clean, the bathroom too. For this price I got what I needed.

Was in a pinch arrived in Vienna early in my plans. Great place for the price, staff was friendly awesome location.

We've booked the room via Agoda (which had never sent us a booking confirmation, customer service never replied to our mails. However, we called the hotel directly and got a confirmation that it was all booked and paid for) for 40 eur, which is an excellent price. The location is amazing, so this is a huge plus. The room is very clean and smells clean. The bed is comfortable, bathroom well functioning, furniture new. We were very happy with the room. The minus point would be street noise, but not all rooms are looking at the street. No air-condition, but a ventilator which may be an issue in hot weather. There is an amazing restaurant Anna schnitseltube around the corner, which you shouldn't miss. A huge schnitsel and potato salad for 11 eur, one portion is enough for 2 ppl.

This is a great hotel at a perfect location! The room smelled and looked so clean! Confortable matras, good bathroom, kind staff. Coffee for 1 eur. We paid 38 eur for 2 people and I never expected such good conditions. Once again, location is just perfect!

Beds a little uncomfy, shower was great, a little old and dirty in places. The lock on the door is annoying and takes a bit of fiddling to lock. Good location for transport links and the heating was cranked to full so it was good for a winter stay. For the price it's worth it.

Yesterday i had an amazing stay at this hotel and highly recommend it since the hotel's location is perfect, offering easy access to attractions, shopping, and dining. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy and enjoyable stay. The hotel is excellent, its location is great, there are many means of transportation nearby, the service is excellent, the staff are wonderful, very nice and helpful, and the prices are competitive. I definitely recommend it.

Excellent hotel, in the center of Vienna. In 10-15 minutes walk from the center, for excellent price I’ve got a beautiful room, with free wifi and excellent service. There is also a cafeteria available with breakfast included for those who choose so. Recommend it!

Good location, friendly staff, towels and shower gel available. Check in available from 14 to 21:00, basic breakfast possible to buy for 7 eue. Room very basic, furnifure is old, bathroom is filled with fungus on the walls and an old disgusting towel rack.

You get what you paid for. It is certainly one of the cheapest around. The wallpaper is coming off, the TV set's audio and batteries are out. All included. But what really annoyed me was the landlord's reaction when that wall-mounted board fell off by itself during the night and hit me hard on my head. I was bruised . No reduction, only objections , it's all my fault. This hotel poses a risk to your personal health. If you can avoid it, by any means, just do not stay there.

The room was in terrible shape. Walls were damaged. Graffiti on wall even. The place was totally run down. Also was really dirty. Didn’t looked like anyone had cleaned it in a long time. Paint falling off ceiling onto bed. Shower drain clogged and backed up dirty water into shower. Also for 49 euros the price was completely unfair and overpriced. This place wasn’t even worth paying any money for. I told reception about the condition of the room and showed pictures and they laughed at me and said they knew about the condition of the room. I asked to switch rooms and they refused. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Total ripoff. Avoid at all costs. Also it’s interesting that the local guides rate this place so well. Seems like hotel owners probably pay them money to write good reviews. Should be investigated by google.

The reception crews are very nice. And the cleaning lady is hard working~ the place is simple, cheap and close to the bus station which is a good option to choose from. The facility is quite old but still useful. Just feel little bit loud if someone pass by. Thanks for giving me the nice stay experience;)

Value for money is pretty much fine. The room and shower are very small and the shower does not look very good. Still, for the low cost this place pretty much worths it.

Very comfortable place, great location, 20min walking to main Wien places. Our room was clean and have everything needed, perfect place to just spend night sleep get rest and go again exploring city.

We booked this hotel through the booking app. Paid immediately on your reservation. We had a late check-in at the hotel, so we had to self-check in. The day before arriving in Vienna, my friend and I could not reach them at the specified phone number. We wrote to the mail and were told that all instructions and the PIN code from the entrance will be thrown off a little later. Unfortunately, we never received it. At midnight I had to look for another hotel for one night. When we came in the morning and wanted to find out the problem. We wanted to refund the money for the night, at the reception they wrote down our phone number and said they would call back. We didn't get a call. In short, the service is bad. The money was not returned. Numbers. They are quite small and smell damp.

Worst hotel in my life 🤢 Everything is old and dirty. Moldy bathroom and dust everywhere, paper-thin walls. I will spare you a toilet picture but believe me it was so dirty inside.
