If one of the coaches observes any wrong doing in the motion sequence of your exercise he immediatly interferes and gives advice to avoid any troubles. In the first session I asked Alfredo (a coach there) for some advice regarding vertical leap. I can really recommend this guy. He knows what he's talking about and you are exhausted after each session. The studio itself is very clean and perfectly equipped.
