Beim Bezahlen dann die größte Frechheit: Angeblich hat der Fahrer kein Wechselgeld, aber man könne ja schließlich auch 80 Euro statt der vereinbarten 75 Euro zahlen! So etwas geht gar nicht, aber vielleicht ist das auch Taktik um mehr zu verdienen!

We had an amazing tour on 22nd of December. It was pretty cold but our driver had a couple of very soft and warm blankets we could use. He told us a lot of interesting facts we would have never known if we just walked though the city ourself. We booked the tour an hour before it would depart which was very nice, since none of the other providers had such option. After booking we did not know the exact starting point. We contacted the customer service via Whatsapp and got a very quick and clear reply.

We booked the platinum tour. Probably one hour is an unrealistic time to cover each site since the car goes only 10km. Our pick up location was custom and close to the ring however we missed to see KarlKirche and only got a peek from far. On the web site they offer a bottle of Prosecco and our driver arrived with some beer. Not quite the same. Although the driver was on time and a nice guy, his knowledge of the city was low and we had very few information about the landmarks. Still we were lucky to have a sunny day and the tour is fun enough with the right people on board.
