There is a public tour every Saturday at 2:30 p.m. Registration is not necessary. With the NÖ Card, entry is free and you only have to pay for the tour. We had a great speaker who spent an hour and a half with us (slightly overtime 😊) but it was very entertaining and an enormous amount of knowledge was imparted. Guided tour of the basilica, crypt, sacristy, prelate's hall, library, monastery area and museum. There is a monastery shop with a selected, wide range of items attached. It's also one of those things in Vienna that you see all the time but haven't seen yet.

The church and the crypt were once again so interesting with the explanation. Then the highlight is the library. It's worth taking the tour for that alone. Finally, the Gothic altar with the view of Vienna. Just fantastic. I was particularly impressed by the flying baby Jesus at the Annunciation! The 12 euros were worth it.
