Worst Experience Ever! My sister signed up and then officially de-registered after a month but they kept charging her on random occasions for over a year since they still had the bank details! Unfortunately my sister only found out about this much later and Mrs Sporty wasn't willing to return any of the money for a service that hadn't been used for over a year :-( Extremely disappointed with their customer service and I would suggest everyone to watch out what bank details you provide to them.
