My Italian friend came to visit me and I wanted her to have the best Schnitzel experience. I took her to 7stern Bräu and the schnitzel and the beer were amazing. I finished my plate for the first time as it was so delicious.

The best and friendliest place we went for a drink in Vienna - think our waitress was called Marta? So friendly, unlike almost all the other places we’ve been in Vienn! Bustling even on a Monday night, lovely vibe, great dark beer and helles and we had the cheese dumpling dessert our waitress recommended and they were delicious (filled with melted chocolate too, yum). Definitely visit for dinner or just for beer!

Good schnitzel, but the potato salad was the true hero. Their schnitzels are large enough for two really! The potato soup with porcini mushrooms is hearty and full of goodness. Awesome beers, especially the Hanf beer. Unfortunately they didn't have the chili beer or märzen on tap, but they are also available from their cool vending machine at the entrance. Good, attentive service.

Fortunately, we had reserved a table in advance. A big place and a lot of people, so the atmosphere suffered a bit. I found the courtyard not as cozy as it could have been. The food was basically good. I thought it was amazing that the waiter asked at the end when we paid the bill how we pay the tip??? This question takes away the desire to pay any tip 🥲

Great place for tourists or Viennese to have a nice meal and try a variety of beers brewed on the premises ranging from light to chili beers. Great ribs and other foods for lovers of traditional Austrian specialities as well as children's menus and something for vegetarians. Nice staff and a great garden to dine in. In the summer evenings I would advise to make a reservation.

I'm looking for Schweinshaxe but they dont have it. In google maps they, it is said about succulent pork knuckle. But anyway, they serve very fast despite of having a very big place. it is a very nice vibe and the brewery itself is inside the restaurant. it is true that the pretzel and the pork ribs is to die for.

An excellent brewery/pub/restaurant in Vienna. I went because it was highly recommended by a Viennese gal at the hostel where I was staying. The food I had was amazing. The beef broth with noodles was a rich tasting soup. The potato soup was hearty. The schnitzel and rice was good. The schnitzel was a little tough, but cut into small pieces it was not a problem. The schnitzel even had enough juices left over to spread the rice out and let it soak in. The lunch menu was reasonably priced. All the above cost €15…so throw in a .5L of beer and you’re looking at a great lunch for €20.10. Will definitely keep this place book marked for when I’m back in Vienna!

A great brewery in Wien with incredibly tasty dishes. The dumplings with cheese and fried onions were especially good! Nice selection of beers and there is also a vending machine at the entrance if you want to buy the beer you liked the most. Definitely a place to try!

Great authentic Austrian food, close to the city centre, with a beautiful Biergarten. Friendly staff, good service and well priced food. Käsespätzle is delicious, I'd really missed it. Great beer here too as they're a brewery (brau). It'll continue to be somewhere I recommend to friends visiting Vienna!

Might be the best restaurant in city. A friend of mine showed me this place 4 years ago and I had to come back. Everything is typical, fresh, and tasty. Their beer is amazing. The bretzels are to die for. We've tried almost everything in the menu. The staff is the nicest we found in the city. A must do when in Wien.

We've been served in a wonderful garden. The young server was working very good and fast and preparation time was good. Reasonable pricing. They also brew their beer which was fine.

The place is Okay. Atmosphere nice, prices are good and waiters are polite and nice. Dark beer is a okay but compared to Good German beer it's mediocre. Overall, if there is nonother place around its worth going.

Came here on our first night in Vienna and so glad we did! Portions are huge, but the food is really flavoursome, the ribs were incredible, and schnitzel was great with the potato salad. Every beer tasted great, shout out to the dunkel, but my gosh you have to try the chilli beer, like drinking jalapeño juice - in a good way! Loved the environment with the brewing equipment, cosy and great service. Beer vending machines need to become mainstream please (I was so excited I forgot to grab my change)!

Excellent choice of a traditional Vienna Schnitzel. The food was terrific, with good taste and quantity. We arrived at this place tired and hungry after a long day of travelling; Marta, our attendant, provided us with comfort and time to enjoy those delicious meals. Her extensive and charming friendliness was essential for us to regain our energy by enjoying the best options from the menu. Kudos to her!

My last brewery before leaving beautiful Vienna and it's a shame I didn't have a time to stay for more. They got 5 beers on tap which are all brewed in house and the ones I tried, tasted excellent! Pork Schnitzel was cheap and tasty and service was top notch. Highly recommended!

Nice location in downtown area. The biggest let down was trying to order. I sat at the bar as I just wanted beer, but the servers take a while to get the patrons there. The beer was cold and decent priced for the location.

Really liked this brew pub . I thought the beer was varied and good quality and food authentic Austrian. However the service was pretty poor we were ignored for about 20 mins . My 5 companions were put off by this and so we didn't stay as long as I would have liked (although we did stay long enough for a main course and a couple of drinks) in order to try the Hemp beer

Good beer and excellent food. Staff are friendly and efficient. Nice beer garden. The guy in the photo is bottling their own beer to order which you can also buy out of a vending machine.

We came to try their beer and we were a bit disappointed. It was good, but nothing special and it could have been better chilled. We tried the sausages and they were really good, the hot pretzel was delicious. Food on other tables also looked very good. The garden is very nice, lots of plants and quiet. Good service. Suitable for larger groups of people.

Legit beers and good food. Awesome patio. Break out of the city center and get some food and drink here. Lunch special Weiner Schnitzel for 8 euro? It's just magic. Fresh baked pretzels are amazing. Try their different beers. They do a good job of working with ingredients that most people fail with, e.g. chili and hemp. That being said their traditional styles are solid.

Affordable in house beer! Not a lot of flavors, not a lot of experimentation, but great value and good quality beer. We loved the food as well. The goulash was good, and the potato soup was also fantastic.

I’m here now, just waiting on the bill. The bretzel was one of the softest yet crispiest things. Just perfect in combination with wienwurtst with goulash sauce. The schnitzel, so crispy and juicy, the potato salad just perfect. Beers were very nice too! Just come. Trust me. Photos are just half plates, because the smell was so nice we ate before registering them for posterity

Maybe my favorite Brau in Vienna. Try all beers if you can. Martzen is excelent. Can be crowded, but food arrives fast. I highly recomended it.

Based on the strong recommendation of the receptionist our hotel, we decided to visit this pub/brewery. The establishment itself was pleasant, offering the option to sit outside in a cozy internal garden once inside the pub. We ordered the Beef goulash with rice dumplings and a Wiener wurst with beef goulash. The food was good, with no complaints, but it didn't quite reach the level of being exceptionally amazing. On the other hand, the highlight of the experience was definitely the beers! The selection of beers was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. However, I gave the service a rating of 4 because there was a slight misunderstanding about the beers initially. Nonetheless, the issue was resolved satisfactorily, and we were able to try the missing beer by getting it from the vending machine outside the pub. The beer we tried from the vending machine, the 7Stern Chili (as described in the attached photo), was an adventure in itself! It was incredibly spicy, so be prepared to breathe fire if you decide to give it a try! :D

Came when it opened at 11. Was a alone for a good while. Enjoyed the nice beer garden out back, apart from hammering and telephone calls from inside. Wasn’t too annoying. Friendly and helpful staff. Tried two of the beers from their own brewery, a bock and a Märzen. Both were of high quality. Recommended. Didn’t try the food.

We return to this cosy place every time we are in Vienna. This time sitting in the courtyard with cover for some rain, no problem. Had schnitzel from pork, lunch deal. Helles beer for my wife and Hanf for me. Dessert apfelstrudel for her and dunkel beer for me. Super service and good meal and beer.

7Stern Bräu is a restaurant and brewery in the center of Wien five minutes from Maria-Theresien-Platz. This is a huge venue that has three halls and some seats for guests in the bar counter. The brewery has five taps of its own beer which can change depending on the season and a bottled beer vending machine with fresh and cold beers. I've tried the next beers: Prager Dunkles - Dark, roasted malt, bit caramelly Der Legendäre Bock - average bok. Strong, Dense, and a bit sweet. Märzen - malty, sweet, and full of flavor Also, the restaurant has really delicious food Austrian cuisine so in the evening hard to find a free table, so I recommend you booked to table before the visit. 7Stern Bräu in my opinion is a good place to drink local beer after walking to Wien's center, come in and you won't regret

We ate a late dinner here. The menu looks quite variable - you can find there many traditional specialities. We really liked the staff and their welcoming attitude. Restaurant was extremely busy but fortunately we found a seat without reservation. The interior is nicely, traditionally decorated.

Revisited 7Stern after being away for a few years and was happy to find the beer was just as good as it always had been. I expectantly ordered the Käsespätzle but it wasn’t as good as I remembered it being. Great tasting alpine cheese yes but it was very very dry and not stringy at all. It was left underwhelmed, sorry guys.

Busy place, service is good, food as well. We had the potato soup, schnitzel, ribs, and some daugh balls with spinach and Parmigiano, and beers. I'm giving it 4 stars because I can't say I'm particularly upset and unhappy for anything service or food wise, but I can't give it a 5, as it was definitely not the best I've had. Soup for me was the star of the show. Definitely, it's worth visiting if you happen to be staying close by.
