The food was delicious! As an tourist i was looking for a buffet and i was amazed, there were a lot of things to choose from! I've tasted from everything cause they looked awesome. Some cakes were a little strange for us, those with yogurt.

We arrived at the place and it turned out that the restaurant is in the mall on the 2nd floor. The buffet is very rich, soups, salads, meats, fish and seafood, and it is clear that desserts are also delicious. The food is tasty and clean. The atmosphere is pleasant even though it is inside the mall.

Good Viennese kitchen, cheap prices, good drink options, great dessert options and friendly staff. Would recommend!

Unlimited food for 10.9€ on Monday-Thursday, 12.9€ on Friday-Sunday. Drinks separately. Enough diversity to suit anybody's taste.

Food is good, large selection of dishes. Very nice and attentive staff. The atmosphere is very pleasant and you feel very comfortable there. I can only recommend it and I will definitely stop by for dinner again.

All you can eat för 11 €. Okay food and such. The meat is kinda dry. Lasagna and pasta is lovely. We might have been late (eating at 19 o'clock) so the fries and pizza were also dry and cold. Many good cakes and ice cream included in the price. Not the best tasting cakes, but it's ok for the prive. Three stars instead of four since there was lots of tiny flies around the food. Typical for the summer, but doesn't seem that good when you visit. Do something against that!

We had a buffet there with several people on a Sunday evening (price €12.90). The cuisine cannot be precisely assigned geographically. A mixture of Asian, American and traditional Austrian food. The variety and quality of the dishes are rather modest, all the dishes tried were lukewarm and were not convincing. The desserts offered can be described as tasteless. German hip hop was played via Spotify as musical accompaniment to the ambience. If they had at least been classics of the genre, we would probably have been able to cope with it more easily. The music played in Jacky's Restaurant can otherwise only be found in shisha bars or similar places. After about half an hour the plates were piling up on our table. However, you can't blame the staff for that; after all, they also had to take care of the other five guests in the restaurant. And let's be honest, you probably won't be used to someone eating more than one plate without leaving straight away. €17.90 for a below-average buffet and a drink, non-existent service and terrible music are enough reasons not to go to this shop again.
