Nice Hotel in quiet neighborhood just 2 min walk to Belvedere palace and 10 min walk to U-ban. We asked room with balcony and we got it but we spent most of our time sightseeing beautiful city of Vienna. We found fridge(not minibar) in our room to be very practical and you have kettle in the room with complimentary tea and coffee which is nice to drink on your balcony in the morning.Staff is professional and polite and hotel is excellent value for the money.The balcony is nice but is only one chair for two person room.

Had a very nice stay. The staff were superb. The hotel is great, the rooms spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms are of a high standard. It's located 2 minutes from a tram station. The main train station is about 15m by foot away, which is perfect for checking in right after arriving in Vienna.

Great room (especially the bathroom)! Didn't try the breakfast, so cannot rate that. But the 24h room service is a false claim, because I'm sitting right now (11 p.m.) in a room with WiFi being down. Tried to call the reception. After half an hour went downstairs and there's no one and no one is coming... It's understandable that COVID times might have changed staff availablity, but please provide correct information (to let guests know that after 9-10 p.m. guests are on their own with their troubles).

Good location. Not exactly in central Vienna, but close to easy public transit and only a block from the Belvedere Palace and 15 min walk from the central bus and train station. Close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Excellent service, and large spacious suites.

Our room was large and comfortable, and the hotel was fairly clean. Our room needed some minor maintenance, though. The bed was comfortable and we were able to set the thermostat in the room for cooling and we both slept well. Since our room faced the courtyard, it was quiet. The bathroom was nice with a large tub and shower. The room had a large closet and little bit bigger refrigerator, but no food, snacks, or drinks in the room. (Except a hot pot and some tea bags) The hotel has a nice courtyard to relax in, too. The best feature of this hotel is it’s location. It was less than a ten minute walk from the train station, and only ten minutes to the nearest subway station. We walked into the southern part of the main city from the hotel in about 15 minutes. My only reason for giving it 4 stars was that the room seemed to need some maintenance (torn curtains, some stains and wear and tear were noted) and the housekeeping staff seemed inattentive. Our coffee/tea station was never properly stocked and they didn’t seem to leave enough towels or wash cloths for two people. Overall, I would choose to stay there again because of the location

Awful experience, stay here at your own peril. Much better options at better prices, and I know Vienna quite well. The hotel is located in a non interesting areas far from downtown. The breakfast is really bad for the price, and the rooms should be cleaner. The worst thing is the staff. Rude, unfriendly and unreliable, they overcharged me and mistreated me when trying to get an explanation. I asked for late check out. Initially there was a 10€ fee but the guy in reception told me that I could stay till 2:30 pm for free (it seemed pretty empty). But when we go to check out at 3:15 pm (we got stuck on traffic) they charged me 30€ !!! for late check out, and they would not listen to any explanation, mistreating me in front of other customers. Not any more, and I hope people reading this think twice and go some place better, there are many places with good service, food and location at better value.

This hotel is very clean and new, the staffs are very good!

We had a great stay at Pakat Suites, room 405 (residential suite), the room is big and clean, the bathroom is refreshed and is with shower and bathtube and separately is the tolilet seat, very frendly staff and helpfull, for breakfast you don’t have many choices and is the same every day, but it is ok. Water pressure is great, the balcony is useful, it is silence and no disturbing from other guests.

Hotel is located in walking distance from Vienna HBF and close to the Belvedere (which was main target for the trip). The premises looks nice and rooms are clean. Bed was comfortable but very soft which is not my preference. What I have to praise is sound isolation since I am light sleeper. When you close the windows and doors you have complete quiet. My room was also air conditioned. I really liked bathroom since it had a big bathtub and separate shower. Personnel was nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent with selection of juices and pastry. I would love more fruit and vegetables. Just as FYI hotel only servers breakfast so bare this in mind when planning the trip. It's great base for touring the city. Breakfast in the morning and then return in the evening for shower and good night sleep. Over all, I enjoyed my stay.

The staff is very polite. The room is little bit smaller, then we accepted. The cleaning is not a best. Breakfast is delicious. The hotel is far from the 5*, I think maximum 4* hotel.The hotel is close to the central train station, some of the sightseeing. Subway is 5-7 minute walk.

Walking distance to main station and a beautiful palace just around the corner. Most of the staff members were friendly. Spacious rooms with separate toilet and changing areas. choice of coffee and extra cutlery in the room would be nice as if anyone wants to do meal at room.
